Gerry Moody - State Farm Insurance Agent

I am in the process of an out-of-state move, which comes with many challenges, and becoming a first time home owner as well which is exciting (and stressful). Gerry's office has been amazing, especially our agent Heather. She has gone above and beyond with our state-to-state transfer and has made every step so easy for us. I am truly grateful to have been connected with this agency for our insurance policies! I would recommend them to anyone!

Sesar is the best of the best! After having different agents with different agencies, Sesar is the first one that I feel gives me more than just the time of day. You can tell he’s well experienced in what he does because he doesn’t try to simply sell you whatever policy, but he makes sure it’s the best one for what I need and which works with my budget. He’s super friendly as well, just like the team at the front desk that welcome me every time I have to drive in or call in.

Your financial representative Katherine made a significant impression to me. I walked into your office being a client of another location. Katherine was there to help me with refinancing to state Farm bank and complete my documents and notary. I walked in with a terrible attitude and it was clearly noted in my facial expression. I expressed my frustration with another two locations that did not complete my paperwork correctly and ended up taking so long that my promotional interest rate was no longer available
To me. She immediately took this into her own hands and completed something I was told was impossible. I watched her reach out to managers and assistants and other reps to get my promised rate. She apologized for things she had nothing to do with and represented State Farm to a T! I have had quite a few mishaps lately and this form of genuine care and compassion made me quite emotional. She even offered a hug, and chocolate. This woman deserves anything and everything. I used to be a State Farm employee and I know a keeper when I see one. I am young but in my 26 years of life I have never experienced such great customer service like I did with her. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! Getting insurance through State Farm has been the best decision ever ! I have worked with a young lady named Chrissy Piocos who has made every single experience one of the best. I had a ton of questions regarding tow services & insurance claims and she was so nice & extra polite & made sure that I understood everything. She even called to make sure that everything was going smoothly. It’s the extra attention she pays to her customers & she treats you like family ! I am very pleased with Gerry Moody State Farm and would highly recommend them to anyone needing insurance !!!

Sesar Urcaregui is one of the most professional agents I’ve ever worked with. He is knowledgeable and patient with his explanations on the different insurance policies that I was inquiring about. He is also all about personal interest not so much about his own bottom line. It’s a pleasure to work with him and his level of professionalism is exceptional.

Sesar Urcaregui, one of the agents at this office, has always answered my questions and has always giving me excellent detailed information regarding my insurance coverage, specially on how to save money. I highly recommend talking with him and being at this agency.

I have had State Farm insurance since I started driving, as a very vulnerable 17 year old. Five years later, they have always had my back and treated me right!
Online payments are easy, with the app I'm able to have my most recent insurance card on my phone at all times.

BUT - the reason I am writing this review is because of Chrissy Piocos. Like I said, I've had State Farm since I was 17 years old and knew nothing. Chrissy has always had great patience with me. I am SO thankful that I was lucky enough to sign up with State Farm.

After watching friends and family repeatedly get screwed by their insurance I have realized State Farm is really there for me.

Overall - Chrissy you rock! State Farm is incredible! Love this company and all they've done for me over the years.
