I bought 14 white dining chairs with key hole in the back from Modera Furnishing on July 23th 2019. Michael delivered all of them on July 30th 2019. He is very professional and a real gentleman. I'm very happy with the quality of the chairs and services provided. Right now I have assembled one chair only. It took very little time and it looks very nice. I add picture of boxes that were delivered and one chair that I assembled.

They're amazing! I ordered a dresser and two nightstands on Thursday and they had it delivered by Friday! I'll be ordering more!

Whenever he does reopen do yourself a favor DO NOT order from him. He’s a scam artist and a theft. I purchased a bunk bed and couches from him in may. I never got an email or call to set up delivery. I called the number provided and never got a response until I finally called from my work phone red flag number 1. The delivery was set and that’s an entire story on its own but when the bunk bed and couches were finally delivered the couches weren’t the ones I ordered. The couches I had ordered according to him had missing pieces in the box. The ones he gave me as a loner in the mean time were blue which I ordered grey and “more expensive” than the ones I ordered lies I looked it up on his website they were 27$ cheaper. I told him I still wanted my couches so he said he would order than but more than likely it would be a few months due to president trumps new tariffs and he “orders from China.” Going forward to August a text is sent that I’ve waited patiently after going back and forth with him they still weren’t in blah blah. They were finally set to be delivered in August. Guess what I never got them I was told to keep the ones that he gave me as a loaner and he’d give me a full refund on my order of the original couches that was on 8/30/19 6 text messages later to two different numbers he texts from and still no refund looks like I’m going to be taking him to small claims court.

Do not waste your time with this company. They’re completely unprofessional and liars. I ordered my product on 8/10/2019 & was told my product should been delivered 8/16 &/ or 8/17 never received it. Called following Monday I then was told it should be delivered 8/21 &/or 8/22 NOTHING. Called that Friday repeatedly & Saturday no response forward to voicemail every-time. So i sent a email stating I have not yet received anything nor a call back so if they weren’t able to follow through just refund my money. I call today the same lair so nonchalant & just dumb tells me we sent you a refund Saturday 8/24 like you asked. Well it would have been nice for someone to respond and/or call back, customers shouldn’t have to chase you down. PATHETIC NEVER AGAIN!

I’ve left 4 voicemails and 2 emails with no update on my order. Ordered August 26th.
Lack of communication is killer I just want to know - might have to do a chargeback if I can’t get an answer.

Update on the review (2 weeks after original review): STILL no word from the company; I checked my card and did *not* see a charge so luckily I don't need to do a chargeback. Honestly don't waste your time with this company - It's not worth the headache.

I paid full price for a couch in may and it was damaged, look them over a month to deliver a new one. That was damaged too. Another month or more, a 3rd couch was delivered, this time a different style. This couch too was damaged with oil and spots all over it. I've been trying to contact Mike the owner and he keeps blowing me off. We agreed on instead of a 4th (probably damaged) couch that he would send me a check for $100 for the damages. That was also over a month ago and now he wont answer my calls or emails. This is a scam company. DO NOT ORDER FROM HIM, YOU WILL REGRET IT.

This is a fake company. They take your money and never respond to emails or calls. I have been trying to contact them for 2 weeks and the calls are going to a personal voicemail now. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!.....
It has now been 2 months since I ordered, and I have yet to receive my item or my money back. BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS. i have contacted the better business bureau, and will seek other ways to report this company for fraud and robbery.

I bought sofa and dinning set. One chair was damage and the owner promised to replace it in 2 weeks. I called many times but keep making excuses. The stuff is of very low quality. Pay little more and buy from some store after checking the quality, It was a bad decision. I was leaving for a store to buy and in the mean time I got a call from this company. Because of some discount and trusting him I dropped the plan to visit store and end up with is Problem.

Terrible, TERRIBLE customer service. I tried contacting them using every method possible numerous times on multiple occasions and not a single response after they asked me what items I was looking to order. They falsely advertise furniture that they do NOT have NOR carry and go into hiding when they have bad news they don't want to address. If you don't know how to communicate with your customers sad to say but you should probably not be in business as that IS THE FIRST RULE OF THUMB. Believe me, don't waste your time folks, you're better off spending a little bit of extra money shopping from a reliable source. Just pathetic... NEXT!

I placed an order on Modera furnishings, I purchased a sectional for 1,200 i received an order confirmation but after that I tried calling many times also sent email to see when they will deliver and no one has answer one call i just keep on being forwarded to voice mail. THIS IS A SCAM!! Its really an upsetting yet a very sad situation what this store is doing, taking peoples money!! There are no signs or anything advising that they are closed and not providing services.
PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I made an order on August 18th. They don't answer e-mail and the number always go to voice mail. it's been 15 days and I haven't heard from them, I don't think i will get my order. Stay way from this store, it is may be a scam.

Been waiting since June 15th for a dining table set , it is now the 4th of July. Contacted seller multiple times , no tracking number or shipping info ever provided.
