Oh I wish I could give a negative star review. This woman let my friend's non-profit lose its status. My friend was starting to be notified by people that they couldn't find the non-profit on Amazon Smile, etc. She notified the accountant. This accountant kept telling my friend that the IRS letter will be coming in the mail showing that it is indeed still in non-profit status. Come to find out, she hadn't filed the appropriate paperwork for YEARS. It is an enormous amount of work and money to get the non-profit back in status. And the name had to change. So the name it had for the last 30 years is no longer in existence. Anyone who deals with non-profits knows what a giant headache it is to notify all donators, etc. So many lost donations. It has been months and it is still not completely up on all the sites it needs to be. BEWARE.
