Kia of Puyallup Service

JR Mainar and everyone on the service team was great. Wait time on arriving was minimal, repair unfortunately required a part be shipped but they were able to get it overnight and have the car finished the next day. Though out of the typical shuttle range, I was given a lift to the Angle Lake light rail which was much appreciated.

I took my vehicle in for service and Karsten helped me out. Hes very knowledgable and courteous. I think his expertise is a great asset for the company.

I took my car in for service and was greeted by JR. After the service was done, my sportage lost one of the vent visors, and he was quick to look into the issue. He went above and beyond and even added new adhesive to the part to make sure it stuck. All around very pleasant and helpful.

They are always fair, patient, and reliable. Will always make them my first choice for service. Best customer service of any dealer I've been to. Plus, they will keep you updated on your service timeframe and wash and vacuum your car beautifully after each time. I always feel valued here!
