I've been coming back to this jewelry for over 7 years now and will continue doing business with them because of the relationship you can develop with the staff and the owner. The quality is remarkable and what is even better, knowing the jewel smith who made the ring specifically for you. Highly recommend if you want to get one of a kind of exchange for your investment.

This business has the most creative pieces of jewelry so much more than your chain stores. Personnel is informative, friendly and always willing to help to get that “ dream” piece of jewelry. I have bought several items and could not be happier. I wish they would remain open for a long time for my jewelry “fix”

I visited Diamond Creations in November or December 2020. At the time, they were having an inventory/close out sale. I was personally taken care of by Mr. R - the owner and jeweler of the company. He was extremely kind and helped me find a piece that was within my budget.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!

Years ago I had purchased a ring and put it on layaway. I was told that I would be able to select a different ring of equal or lesser value based on my fiancé’s preference. The story then changed when they told me I could have it there on consignment for a percentage of the sale. The ring sat there for years and didn’t move. Was told multiple times that it was almost paid off by various buyers but they all allegedly fell through. To clarify the ring never left their possession. Back in March I had a meeting scheduled to sort out the details, then the shutdown. No email reply from them for 8 months! Just left hanging with no information, well after the business re-opened.

Fast forward to October, had to physically go in to get things moving. Sparse communication follow about a replacement ring. They basically were going to charge me for a whole new ring that was basically the same just a different style. Double the cost of my original purchase!

This all came to a head when I went in this last week, frustrated and at the end of my rope. The conversation started with the manager where I respectfully expressed my extreme dissatisfaction in their customer service and wanted them to come through with what they promised. The owner then stepped in and that’s where things went downhill. He was incredibly rude and argumentative while touting his resume and long time business experience. It was the worst customer service I have ever experienced, I have never been treated so poorly in my life. This entire time he wasn’t wearing a mask and was within 6ft of me. When I ask him why he lost it and raised his voice, telling his employees to never do business with me again. He openly scolded his manager for being so accommodating to me. This was his way of getting out of what they said they would do. All around one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Steer clear of this place!!!

So this place is a total scam. When I went engagement ring shopping the staff were pushy in trying to get me to buy a ring. Weren’t even interested in what I actually wanted just wanted me to buy something. I knew nothing about rings and I just wanted to get my girlfriend and soon fiancé a beautiful ring with the money I had. They had a 0.3 carat ring on sale and made it seem like a great deal. The guy even said that”Oh it’s very nice, almost 3 carats”. Yeah I didn’t mishear him he definitely said 3. Later on I find out that it’s actually only 0.3 carats and that it’s the same size as the promise ring I have my girlfriend and it’s literally 10x more expensive. Definitely do not go here. There are plenty of other jewelers around the area and any of them should be better. And no refunds on anything custom by the way.

I am very displeased with the so called "Service" and this company in general.
First off, I had a layaway for a engagement ring for my fiance.
About a week later i found the SAME ring, same CUT COLOR MATERIAL COMPANY.. etc on amazon for THIRTY FIVE DOLLARS. This ring was a carbine tungsten ring. The ring in diamond creations that i had on layaway was almost FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS. Very displeased i went in to the capital mall store. Since it was only a few days after the lay away deadline they promised a full refund with a personal call from the manager with an apology.. HA that never happened. I then went in a second time where i was profusely apologized to and was told i could pick up my refund after work the next day while the manager was in, so far TWO employees had promised me a refund and apology. I then went into the store and instead of an apology i talked to a "manager" who just bad mouthed her employees basically saying that she is sorry none of them know what they are doing and will talk to the OWNER of the store and make sure this was taken care of. Then........ THE STORE CLOSED DOWN. EVERY time i had been promised I had two or three people with me as a witness. LIKE THAT MATTERED. like it mattered you could buy the SAME ring on amazon for 35 dollars!!!!!!! Then i was called by the Tacoma store manager because that store is still in business. It wasn't his fault the "Olympia" store had messed up and would only offer "store credit" as it I wanted that, and like it mattered that i had been promised otherwise!!! So i drive all the way from Olympia and Tacoma thinking i Will make the best of the situation. HA. I told him I was very displeased and had my fiance with me to pick out something with that store credit.. Even though i was the only one in the store at the time I was told to please wait, so he could apparently help more important (I'm guessing richer looking) customers. He then tryed to pressure me into doing another layaway for a piece of art i was fond with, which since he was ignoring me, i had time to look up on-line and find the EXACT SAME numbered signed, etc for about 75% less on the price. Still we forced a smile and to quickly get out said i wish to get my mother a gift, no more than the 100$ i had in the layaway, he agreed to help, i told him what i was looking for, then when asked the pricing of all the items he had shown me they were all about 100$ more and like i would EVER give them more money. He then got EXTREMELY snotty and tells me there is apparently NOTHING in the WHOLE store that is 100$ or less.... REALLY?? There sure was PLENTY at the Olympia store. Honestly this is the WORST experience i have ever had with any sort of store, layaway etc. It is no wonder the Olympia store had closed down, and i will continue to let every one know at the medical facility surgical hospital i work at and patients to NEVER go there. I wont be coming back. I would rather sell the gift card for HALF the price or just never use it before i go back and deal with the snotty Tacoma manager or anyone else i had to deal with. Worst service we have ever received by any company hands down. And people think there cell phone company is bad. I would rather pay triple the price to shop at a different jewelry store than go back here. Do your research before purchase your 400$ item is probably only 35$ on amazon as well.

Sold me what claimed to be white gold hoop earrings on Valentine's Day, I later had them tested when cleaned and they don't even contain silver.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I was totally embarrassed getting denied beacause I was told the wrong information. The gentleman assisting me was poorly dressed. A really bad experience here.
