I would highly recommend this place. They have fixed multiple phones and iPads for me. Always the best service. They have a great selection of accessories too. Mary is very knowledgeable and Professional.

Fair prices. But the BEST work you will find around. I amde the mistake to go with someone else which was cheaper and came to her so she can help me fix the mess the other one made. She was great. And I have already came back 3 times. Won't regret it. All you will regret is going to someone else

First time calling and visiting this business. I thought my IPhone required a new Lightning connector port ($90 fix) but Theresa diagnosed it first with a need for detailed cleaning (normally $30). She was not only correct and efficient in solving the issue as I waited, she only charged $10 for the service. She was kind with great customer service skills as well! Excellent job! Thank you!

If you need a good phone technician, Mary is it, and is very fair about pricing. My daughter dropped her phone a year ago, and Hot Spots pricing was the best around, and many times that means customer service is poor... NOT HERE! Mary let my daughter explain what happened, then gave us a really good quote, and then had the phone fixed within hours. Recently, My daughter once again dropped her phone, and Mary remembered us, remembered the earlier repair, and was just gracious and kind. Again, very fast and fair service. There are not too many stores that offer this kind of customer service! Thank you Mary!

I first met Mary in 2016 as our business did a virtual tour for her. She has been kind, caring, and super helpful every time I have needed a fix for my phone, or new case, or anything else. I really appreciate this place and I think the customer service is above and beyond with everyone I have ever met that works here. Brought in my shattered iPhone 5s, was fixed in about 30 minutes. Mary was extremely helpful with helping me get a reliable phone case and screen protector. Loved her personality and HIGHLY recommend this place to EVERYONE. NO company could beat this place, its the best repair store around!

Happened to wander into this place and am so glad I did. My daughter's 6S phone screen is cracked - and it's right across her camera lens, so her photos looked ridiculous. Went in and it was clear.that Elena, who helped us, understood exactly how to fix it. She quoted us a price - $99 - and told us it could be done in 30 minutes. 30 minutes later I got a call. They fixed the screen perfectly and the phone looks new. She also added a screen protector. I would highly recommend this place- they know what they are doing, they have clear, reasonable (though not cheap) pricing and they fixrd the screen quickly. Overall, Excellent customer service.

Super happy with their work. Best Buy quoted my 1-3 business days to replace my battery. Hot Spot said 1 hour!!! I highly recommend going here

The battery on my iPhone 6+ started acting up, like shutting the phone off when it said it had 45% battery life left. I took it into Mary and she had it replaced and ready to go in less than a half hour. Great customer service. I will be taking my wife's Galaxy S7 in this week to have a screen protector put on. Highly recommend this place.

Thank you Mary. She made my experience rather pleasant and she does great work. I recently had my screen replaced by another merchant and found that the touch was off. Mary is the best! We needed my wife's phone screen fixed so we could trade it back in and she helped do that as quickly and as inexpensively as possible. Kind, helpful and knows what she's doing. Definitely the place to go if you need your phone fixed!

Teresa was the technician that helped me with replacing the broken back panel of my S7 Edge.
She was very professional and called me 35 minutes later with the repaired phone.
Also gave me a few tips re: battery overheating and sold me a great carrying pouch for my phone.

Took my Samsung phone to have screen replaced and ordered the screen. It took a couple of days but it was out of Mary's control since the vendor didn't notify her that the part was out of stock. We ordered from different vendor, the part came in a couple of days later. Now my phone is working great! Satisfied with the work & price which was a great deal.

Just came back from Hot Spot. Best customer service around! We had the LCD and screen fixed about a month ago, then the LCD stopped working. Mary gave us a great deal on a replacement and went right to work. Very understanding and kind. A+
