Good place to grab breakfast and coffee in busy LAX (at gate 71B in the United terminal). The staff is very friendly! Shout out to Desiree 😀

There was no Starbucks at my terminal (not that I wanted it), and I saw two different California-based coffee shops near my gate and decided to try this one. Coffee was quite good. Would gladly come again if I come to California again.

For what's in the control of the folks at Klatch they do very well. Lines barely formed and team members worked together very well to handle customer orders and keep everything going, turning out high quality drinks and food.

OMG!! The 2 ladies working in the morning today are amazing. Such a great attitude they had. They made my morning. The cashier recommended me one drink and I loved it. But their attitude were the highlight. I was going for a Starbucks but I decided to try this place and just for the attitude of them I would come back again if I am arriving or departing in terminal 7. Thx so much for that energy 🤟🏼

I enjoyed the iced chai tea latte with the milk substitution of almond-oat milk as well as the cinnamon raisin bagel toasted w/ cream cheese. Service was quick, straightforward, and respectful which is perfect when in the airport and on the go. If you have time before your flight boards, the is plenty of seating at their tables with benches.

The best strongest coffee at the United terminal. If your looking to wake up than this coffee if the one you need to start your day or keep your day going longer. The amount of care they take into making each coffee makes this a really good place to get your coffee.

Employees here kick ass. Super friendly and super fast service. Nutella toast is awesome.
Avalanche blended is a little on the sweet side but it’s decent.

If you are a medium to light roast coffee lover, you will like Klatch. This coffee station in the United Airlines terminal near gate 71B in LAX is a good one. Fast and efficient with a nice selection of breakfast sandwiches (bagel-based).

I really wasn't expecting this to be good since it is in the airport and I wondered if they dial in the espresso everyday, etc.

But this place lived up to the company's reputation. I had an Americano and it was perfectly balanced. Just the right amount of sweetness and punch. I will definitely be ordering their espresso beans online and trying to reproduce that flavor on my home espresso machine.

One last cool point - on the bags of espresso beams they have the brew parameters. That is a really nice touch - some roasters act like it's a state secret.

This is a review for their drip coffee, which was unexpectedly delicious. Great level of acidity, not burnt like drip from another major coffee chain (ahem Starbucks), and quite fragrant. I don't know if this was an aberration, but I was pleasantly surprised.

This is my favorite place to study in west LA! The atmosphere is comfortable, the WiFi is fast, they also offer pastries/snacks, and the drinks are on point. I'm not a coffee drinker, so I usually opt for a matcha latte. Depending on the weather, I'll get it hot or iced and both have been deliciously flavorful. I always pick up a drink for the road home, it's that good! The prices are already good, but showing a student ID gets you 15% off. This place is amazing.

We needed milk for our infant before getting on our flight and our cashier, Cloud, took care of us and even offered to warm it up. While we were waiting she refilled our water bottles as well. An absolute blessing to get that kind of service and sincerity with a screaming baby in your arms. Will definitely be back.

Don't rush. I ordered the Mexican mocha - it was excellent. It took a while to make it; keep in mind these are not push button baristas! That said and just going by instinct, I would not buy a sandwich there. United has a wifi bar nearby.

My usual go to drink is the Eskimocha. After this place, I don't want to go to Starbucks anymore. You're paying for the quality and you can actually have the sweetness (if that's how you like it which is how I do) and you can actually TASTE the coffee as well, it's a beautiful thing.

All the workers here are very friendly (Chase is very friendly, along with a couple of other gals who's names I forgot) and always (from the times that I have been there) greet me when I first walk through their doors. They are very helpful as well when I have any questions about their desserts or drinks.

Found this from yelp, this coffee shop locates at a pretty cool building between a bar and a wine place.

Great service, asked for an blended coffee thats not too sweet, the drink turned out to be pretty sweet, however no problem adding more coffee to the drink to make it taste better. and the staff offered to make me a new drinks few times.

Decent amount of seatings, wish there were more seats outside, however outstanding experience overall. May not come back again because it is a bit out of my way, but a great coffee place for catch up and study.

A really good alternative to Starbucks coffee at Los Angeles Airport. It was a real life saver to me when I arrived early for a work's day in LA and was in need of a good dose of caffeine. Lattes and cappuccinos are also good and over your average airport standards

I had the smoothest coffee drink from here. I was starving from traveling all day, and needed a coffee to fill me up. It was called Kona something, and it was blended. I asked if it had coconut in it. The girl right away just responded. I can put coconut in it for you. Lol I was just asking, but I like the enthusiasm.
I didn't think it would be anything special. Oh but it was. It was the most delicious coffee drink I can remember having. I think that coconut milk gave it that nice smoothness.
The service was good. The little section with the cup holders and straws and things was kept up well. It was a pretty clean little place. I definitely recommend this place if you're hungry for a coffee drink.

Very busy, but customer service didn't suffer at all. Very polite, friendly, and efficient workers here. Coffee and food were amazing too! If it wasn't in an airport, I'd probably come here more often

I asked if my macchiato (10oz cup) could be steamed like a latte and not only did the barista do it but he steamed the milk so well he was able to do a little latte art too! Wasn't expecting such a great airport espresso drink this morning and was so pleasantly surprised! Thank you!

This was at LAX airport and all choices there are expensive. That said, the quality of the food we had for breakfast here was awesome and had the best value. High quality ingredients and even though it was super busy the employees were very nice.
