Not only was he right on time, he started off by supervising and asking us what our concerns were. I would say around 90% of the stubborn stains vanished. The carpets dried in an hour and it was smelling great! Highly recommend them. This must be he most convoluted carpet cleaning service ever. Not only were the prices and times not honored, but the cleaning was terrible. I think Bonita Carpet Cleaners is just a broker, who outsources all their service. The technician who showed up had no idea what time, what prices were quoted, or even what could and couldn't be done with our carpets. When we asked about a couple stains, I was told "we can't guarantee anything." I kept saying I understand that, but I need some professional advise as to what can be done. Same response. No help. I ended up paying for the most expensive cleaning to be sure everything worked. Well, 7 days after the cleaning, and every single spot showed back up, as though nothing was ever done. I would have been better off buying a consumer cleaner, and doing it myself. Would have probably had better results for less money.

I have called 5 times now with promises that someone would come by to take a look. As I wait here, no one shows up. I doubt these guys will stay in business with service and quality like this. I wish I could give zero stars.

I will be calling my credit card company today and disputing the charge.

Made an appointment for Friday 11/1 between 12-2, no one showed up. Rescheduled for today from 10-12 and no one showed up again.
