I called Mary woods office for a quote for my son they knew I was with state farm with Steve Scott she came and said her and him are good friends ,I wasn't trying to screw up any friendships just wanted a quote what difference did it make what office I called she was rood and hung up on me.

Horrible. Both the females at this office do not know what customer serivce is. They do not know how to conduct business in a professional manner. I can't believe one of them complained about losing customers. Wonder why?

Bad customer service should not working as company representatives. They seem to forget customer always right
