I received the best quality and care recently from Allstate! My claim was easy to manage, had clear communication and all of my needs were tended to quickly and fairly. I am new to Allstate but highly recommend the agency to family and friends. I look forward to many more years with Allstate.

I recently went into the Lakewood Allstate office near the Lakewood town center and was looking for a auto insurance quote. I was recommend to see Grant, he had done a fantastic job helping me understand what coverages I needed and explaining new coverage I was not aware of. I used to have Allstate when I lived in Seattle, then my nephew talked me into switching to Progressive. Didn't like them so I came back to Allstate w/Christine Jone in Tacoma, however all my calls go to an IVR that does not recognize my ph # then transfers me to a CSR in a CALL CENTER!! If I wanted cut rate customer service I'd stick with Progressive! Finally called Shawn at Larson and BINGO I got her directly, no IVR, no call center AND she corrected the errors from the CSR I talked to yesterday. Thanks Shawna!!!!
