Always friendly peeps working here. The spot is clean, inviting and comfortable. You should be able to find what you need here in store. But if you cant then they will order it for you. As always I wish they had more selection on the RDA's and e-liquids. Free coffee and conversation. If only they served drinks.

First time coming in and what a great experience. I totally forgot the women's name who assisted me but she made me feel like a regular and introduced me to some new products. While I was there 2 regulars came in and the ambiance of the place is wonderful.

Although I've only been to a few shops throughout the years, while ordering products online at the same time - this shop has never let me down. I can write a novel on how much I appreciate their service but I'll leave it at this. Thanks again and always!

This is one of the better Vape shops in the area. The staff is always willing to help and above all they are knowledgeable. This is their second location that they have opened up and I have been to both shops and the customer experience is the same across the board.

Sometimes they do run a bit low of some juices which can be frustrating but they seem to always restock pretty quickly which is good news. The only thing that I can say that would make Mode Vape even better would be a larger selection of juices, however the selection seems to be growing slowly.

Customer Service is great, (within limitations of what they can reasonably help with). I was helped with an Agesis Boost all in one after purchase, the gal that worked that weekend was so sweet and fixed the issue with the Aegis Boost AIO.

Plus she is super educated with CBD merch.

I love these guys. Coils, mods, and juice. I visit every once in awhile when it's an emergency (batteries bought online exploding in my face. That sort of thing), or if I'm needing to try something new. They will allow you to test flavors, which is definitely great since most of us buy online in bulk. Every time I've gone, (which included July the 4th) and they've never let me down.

Great customer service. Everyone is always friendly. I find they have more knowledge than most Vape shops. I love the variety they carry. This is the only Vape shop I use now because I never have any problems and they always have what I want plus the customer service is always the best.

Modern, relaxed decor. Good selection of devices and juices. Walked in with an idea of what I was looking for, got some honest feedback about the systems I was considering, and was provided with some education as well. Didn't try to sell me something I didn't need, which is appreciated. Definitely found my new go to spot. Thank guys!

One of my Top favorite shops. Friendly, Helpful, and Enjoying people that work there. They help you with all your problems, and even if they cant, they give you advice and support on howto fix your issue or problem you have. They have great deal on their juices, including their Tue's specials. Their mods and atty's are at good prices, and its always a great sight to see them when you walk through the door. They greet you and ask you right away if you need help, and will stand by you until you have been helped. All in all, a great Vape shop, and worth a 5 Star Rate!

Nice shop. Good selection of vapes, juices, etc. Friendly-ish staff, clean and open space, 2010's era metal pumping from the speakers. Little bro'y. Still. My preferred shop in the area.

I must say I was a devoted fan and customer of both Mode Vape locations . From November of 2013 all the way till December of last year . I would say I watched Mode Vape grow to what it is today from 10 or 15 e-juices all the way to almost 75 e-juices . The staff was awesome from Casey to Christine I enjoyed the advice of different juices to tanks all the way to new step ups . They truly treated you like you were family and a dear friend. I must truly say Kenny and Christine are wonderful people and remarkable about helping you with set ups and different juices . Wishing everyone at Mode Vape the most wonderful success in the future and thank you for the laughs friendship too . Love you guys

matthew the manager is awesome. if anything goes wrong he makes it right.. i dont go anywhere else. when i was first looking into vaping, he took the time to show me all the products and explained everything. i avoided vaping because i didnt know anything about it. he made it easy to switch from smoking to vaping. many thanks.

By far the best vape shop in the neighborhood. I had some issues with the tank I bought. Returned it and Zach help me pick out a new one. Very happy thank you very much.
