Jansen Braaten is the best relator we have ever had the pleasure of working with. His knowledge of the market and negotiating skills are second to none. He is always available and was quick to answer any questions that arose during our house search. He has many local connections to contractors and professionals which makes anything you need fast and easy. This made getting things fixed from the pre-inspection done quickly and professionally. Most of all Jansen is a genuinely good person. When we closed on our new house, he was there with a tree trimmer to help clean up the trees on our property. When you are a client with Jansen, you aren't just a number to him. I would absolutely recommend him if you're in the market to buy or a sell a house. If we ever decide to sell the house we bought using him, he would be our first and only call.

We chose to work with Jansen because he was very personable (easy to talk to), not pushy, and made us feel like we were his priority (over other clients/commitments/etc.).
We were first-time homebuyers and Jansen helped us navigate the buying process and was available to help, offer advice, and contacts (lenders, inspectors, etc.) every step along the way.
As we made multiple offers that were not accepted (and began to get frustrated), Jansen counseled us to be patient and not too aggressive; he did not just want to help us buy a house, he truly wanted us to buy the right house.
He worked hard for us, doing research, setting up viewings, writing multiple offers, and following-up after each offer to uncover why our offer was not accepted (so that we could adjust/modify our next offer).
Once we had an offer accepted and were under contract, Jansen would regularly check-in, keep us updated at each step, and answer any questions that we had.
Even post-closing, he was there to assist us with some issues with the house/sellers, and has been a valued resource for cleaners, movers, etc.
He was friendly, honest, professional, very responsive, and knowledgeable, and with his advice, we were able to purchase our dream home!
Overall, Jansen provided excellent service and we feel very lucky that he was recommended to us. We could not have done it without him and I would not want to work with anyone else!
