this is by far my favorite shoe store. I can always find something that fits well, feels good, and is in my price range. The staff here is always friendly and helpful, I have never bought a shoe here I didn't like. I shop here for both for myself, my kids, and my husband even shops here. I really like how the store is laid out, it is easy to find shoes. I also love their discount section it's always great to see if I can find an even better deal.

Just wanted to give a shout out to ALBA!! She was seriously the best today. I had a very large complicated order. With some in-store exchanges, and online.. The first associate started and said " I'm not exactly sure how to do this but let me find someone that can" and that is the best line a customer can hear, and don't find that very often. Then Alba came over and took her time sorting through it all, and kept reassuring me it wasn't that difficult and not to feel bad. She was so patient and kind through the entire thing. I left there so happy and thinking wow, you just never find that type of assistance and friendliness anymore. THANK YOU AGAIN for the amazing customer service!!

I love shoes so you can imagin that I may be a bit bias, BUT I really have to say I was pleased by the attitude of the associates and the selection of shoes. I mean even their clearance was very wide selection, I found what I needed and I didn't even try.

I ordered my shoes online, the shoes I plan on wearing my wedding day, and the left one was very loose. I mean, it felt like it was going to fall off, the right one is perfect!
I went here in hopes to get either a new pair, or just a new left shoe. Anyways, Ashleigh (I think that’s how it was spelt) was such an amazing help! She searched so I could replace the shoes, and we’ll the left one is still a little loose, but not nearly has much! Thank you so much! I am one happy bride!

Huge selection of shoes. Finding shoes for my 10 year old can be tricky but we were able to find a pair of Vans and Nikes for him! And lots of boots for women.
