Vintage Pilates HQ

I love vintage pilates. I travel all the way from Atlanta, GA to workout here. The highly trained staff teaches the original method of Joseph Pilates. The studio's equipment is classical Gratz. All of the staff is friendly and professional. I have done sessions with most of the staff and they have helped me get so much more out of the exercises than I ever thought possible in my 16 years do doing Pilates. My body, how I move, and play sports has improved tremendously since coming to Vintage Pilates. This is also the place to learn from master teacher Jay Grimes who worked and learned directly from Joe Pilates.

Vintage Pilates has a fantastic staff of teachers who help you to discover the pilates method in your body. I love it and cannot recommend this studio enough! I am stronger, longer, and more in my body. I feel fantastic every time I go to Vintage...you will too!
