This Ralph's is interesting as I walked into it I thought it was the actual mall it's one of the biggest Ralphs I've ever been at in the middle of Culver City. This route had everything I mean everything it cannot compare to a whole foods with the expensive prices of everything but this Ralph's most definitely beats out a sprouts even a trader Joe's. One thing I like about this Ralphs is that it's next to all of these restaurants it's probably like 20 restaurants around this Ralph's. Ralph's really knows how to do grocery store food as you can see on the pictures all of these items are on discount and especially right now when things are inflated Ross is found a way how to bring down the prices on things which we really truly appreciate. I can't wait and look forward to coming back to Ralph's so I can get some of there delicious fresh groceries. You won't be able to miss this Ralph's it's right off of Venice boulevard.

I love Ralphs. They send me coupons with free items every other month. Yes, I'm a regular shopper and go to different stores. This one is clean as well. Deli has good food! Service is excellent!

Excellent Ralph’s location. It’s got all the amenities you’re looking for at a grocery store, without being too packed and busy. Their deli section is a great place to get a fresh sandwich and other lunch time items that are prepared on the spot.

Great selection of organic produce available, and their friendly staff are always helpful and busy restocking items to make them look perfectly displayed.

I like how this Ralph’s carries lots of dairy alternatives, vegan options and gluten-free choices. They also have a great clearance section for food and other items. Great clean store with lots of wide aisles so you don’t feel claustrophobic.

The parking lot is vast and located close to the store entrance.

Ralph's store sets the bar high for excellence. From the moment you step in, you're greeted with a clean and well-organized space that makes shopping a pleasure. The variety of products available is impressive, and the prices are reasonable. The store's commitment to sustainability is evident in its eco-friendly practices, such as using biodegradable bags and supporting local farmers. A great place to support and shop!

My favorite place for groceries shopping. Good variety of products, vegetables, fruits. Also love sushi, always fresh and tasty! Must try. During the lunch often buy soups over there.
Customer service is on point.

Always enjoy coming to this Ralphs! People are super friendly here, and thank you so much to Yvette who helped me clean up raw chicken juice from a container that had ripped open. Such a lifesaver!!

They close at 1am not 2am as stated here. Aside from driving here today thinking they would be open I've never been to this location. So my star rating is not based on anything.

This place is big but it is good. Parking is a bit tough but the selection inside is nice. The rotisserie chickens are good to. Also the deli meals. The fresh fruits and vegetables are always fresh and there is a large selection. Check out is pretty smooth.

Love this Ralphs! The employees are awesome and helpful. After going here a few times they remember you and greet you by name as soon as you walk in. This is the first store in a long time that does that. It's the little things that make me love places and that's one of them. Super clean store and there deli is awesome!

I do all my major grocery shopping here without any issue. It's not the biggest Ralph's, but the selection is good enough. Checkout lines are usually pretty short and there are self-checkout machines if you're in a rush. Produce is usually reasonably fresh and staff is friendly. I've never had a problem finding a parking spot either.

This is a nice Ralph's that's very popular with the locals. Parking can be difficult depending on the day and time because of businesses that share the lot, but usually it's not too bad. The store is on the larger side so navigating the aisles is usually easy. Check out is usually quick with the proper amount of cashier's to handle the customers.

Ralph's has the best bakery in town. The double chocolate and mango cakes are fresh and unbeatable. They have a wide assortment of breads. The deli serves fresh food daily and sushi's are a must try. The self serve check out makes it quick to be in and out.

Clean store..new Bakery is good..staff is helpful. Prices are high ...meat..fish..chicken. Eggs are sky high.

My family and I have been going to this Ralphs (on Venice and Overland) for years--even though there is a store closer to our home--because of the friendliness, helpfulness, and professionalism of most of the staff whom I have come to know on a first name basis now, such as Mohammed and Yvette. Today, I saw a new face, Tony. He was doing such a fantastic job resolving problems, ensuring harmony and managing the store.

Earlier this morning, I purchased a big balloon for my mom's 60th birthday. By the time I finished birthday shopping, however, the hot weather had deflated the balloon in the trunk of my car. So I figured that I would take it here to see what could be done. I explained the situation to Francis, the employee in the flower/balloon section. She smirked, as though I was lying, and told me in an acrimonious tone that she would charge me the full price to put some helium into the balloon. When I explained the situation to Tony, he took control as any good manager would and kindly asked Francis to inflate the balloon. Francis, however, claimed that they are out of helium, although she told me that she'd refill the balloon for a full price not even two minutes prior!

This was the first time that I had an interaction with this lady, Francis, and, despite her blatant lie, I must say that I am quite dissatisfied and disappointed by her rude demeanor. Fortunately, Tony was there and handled the situation professionally.

Dear Ralph's managers, please ask your employee, Francis, to keep this location's tradition of professionalism and friendliness and not lie to loyal customers over putting some helium into a balloon. Thank you.
