Carmen has been most helpful with my families house buying needs. She was able to thoroughly communicate with them as they were spanish speakers. They were never pushed to buy something they were able to afford, they were always being listened to with Carmen, she treated my family like her family. That is were it really counts when you are working with any real estate agent, but I definitely prefer to work with Carmen. I am very happy to say that my family loves their home, I do not live with anymore :( but I certainly wish I did because they got a beautiful home! I had gotten my grandmothers home after she passed and I didn’t think I would get anything out of it. After speaking with Carmen, we put the home on the market, and it sold so quickly! Well over due review. Carmen helped my boyfriend and I purchase our home 2 years ago, and most recent helped refinance for a lower interest rate. We did start the process with another lender but I didn't like that he wasn't Carmen. I was used to her walking us through every step. She is very informative and if she does not know something she will find out for you, some will just try to get a sale and look out for themselves but not Carmen she looks out for whats best for you and is not pushy. She is the best and can't find myself going to someone else. She is great and will not let you down.
