Bridget has beautiful designs. My wife has enjoyed her jewelry for many years. The pieces are timeless. John is expert at diamonds. His advice is first rate. The overall customer experience is superb. Thank you so much, John and Bridget. I will never go anywhere else.

I went in for a clasp repair on a necklace and Bridget was very helpful from the get-go. She did her best to be accommodating for time, but unfortunately I was only visiting for a short while and was unable to get my necklace repaired there. I’m certain they would have done a wonderful job, and they have the necessary equipment on-site. I went to Michigan a few days later and today I went into a jewelry store where I was quoted twice the price that I was given at Finley’s! I was pretty shocked that there could be such a disparity. When I asked at the Michigan store I visited if they would return the original clasp (18k white gold) they said ‘oh, I guess if you want it back we’ll do that.’ ~ surprising considering that it’s quite literally worth its weight in gold! Moral of the story - go to Finley’s and have a pleasant experience with qualified jewellers. 💎💍

This store has a friendly atmosphere, & incredibly gorgeous gems! I went there to get an appraisal, and met with a very nice appraiser there named Jeremy. He was beyond helpful, not to mention as knowledgeable as any appraiser could possibly be. His manner were so friendly and engaging, and I was really glad to make his acquaintance, as well as for all the help and information that he gave me.

I’ve been going to Finley’s for decades, even though they’ve changed owners. Fortunately, the quality of their work hasn’t changed. Bought a beautiful wedding set in 2020 and they also do wonderful repair and restoration work.

I was so nervous walking in not knowing anything about engagement rings. But John helped me and he was super patient and informative and was able to work with my budget. I walked out knowing exactly what I want.

I don't write reviews but My exwife had a Cartier watch stolen Hyatt spend time looking for a watch like that one I was working across the street when I saw Finley's and I went in just by chance my watch the watches at a great price 4 Cartier watch she needed an extra link they call the Cartier got an extra link for it ,was never charged for anything great jewelry store great people

I took my TAG watch in for a battery replacement. I’ve had the watch for 15 years and I know It need a new battery every 2.5 years when it slows down. It’s like clockwork! I live in Redondo Beach and love trying to support local business. These guys took the back off my watch and then told my wife there was a serious issue with the mechanism and they could fix it for $200. I called BS and they gave me the watch back refusing to put it back into working order. I took it elsewhere and got the the battery replaced for $45. Guess what, no mechanism issue. Based on my experience I would urge people not to trust this store!
