Very nice store! Clean and the checkout staff was friendly.

The food is greater than before and we bought some for each event during lunch while the students ate them from their teachers and it was cooler than last time.

I was at Ralphs the other day and was very pleased. Everything I was looking for was in stock. I was buying some ingredients and some tin trays for a bbq party and the store had everything I was looking for. The store is also very clean, the location is a very nice strip mall. And a man there named Brandon White was super polite. He did the bagging exceptionally well, he also helped me put the groceries in my car and put the cart away for me. To top it off he also had a good smile on his face.

This Ralph's Grocery is clean, organized, and run by friendly staff and management, as are all the Ralph's groceries where I have ever shopped.

I would watch out, however, for this particular customer. He made a show of blocking an aisle through which I was walking, told me to go around before I even said a word, and used profanity when I told him to have a nice day. He appears to be extremely anti-social and potentially violent. I apologize that my dash cam couldn't get a better picture of him, but I noticed him on my way out of the parking lot, and I didn't want to stop.

Everyone at this store is SOOOO unbelievably nice and helpful!! Always!!
A special shout out to Manny at the customer service desk and Jonathan who’s in charge of the pick-up orders. Their 5-star customer service is off the charts!

You have no idea what it means to have people be a little extra nice in these challenging times.

This store is really nice! I like that the way they display the wine bottles makes you feel like you're at a winery. Ralph's is a great grocery store. I've always been able to find everything I need each shopping trip here. Plus, you don't have to pay to get the discount card like you do at Vons.

Huge produce selection. Good refrigerated juice selection. Good prices on everything. Great clearance bins -- day-old baked goods, as in all Ralph's around here, great selections. Clearance in fresh packaged produce is clearly displayed daily also.

I appreciate great customer service and this Ralph delivers! Fast, prompt assistance with positive employees. They carry a variety for my shopping needs (including pharmacy to flower arrangements).

Great customer service is a reflection of good management. This store delivers!

This place is very convenient for my commute and I love the self-serve checkouts the only problem I have is every time I come here I buy diet dr. Pepper second time in a row they ran out and I couldn't buy as much as I need needed... wish they would maintain their inventory a little bit better

1/2018 update: I give them 5 stars now... Spoke to one of their managers a little while back about them always being out of DDP... Since then I've never had a problem finding enough bottles...this tells me they listen to their customers 👍

Silvia in deli is a wonderful employee. She needs a raise. All your employees at this location are very courteous. Deli wasnt even open but she still sliced me up some cheese. Ive never came across an employee nice like that in any store before. Ibwishbi can write a review to kroger or ralphs but i cant find the website. It keeps sending me to grocery delivery. I hope shalma can do something for silvia like adding stars or something like that. Thank you silvia :) hope u have a good rest of the day

Super-nice, funny employees who'll reach (out, up...) for you like nobody's business. I think many of them go to the high school next door. In 1980 that place sent me off to the most amazing life.

The store is clean and it has good service but man the prices are just so crazy, everything is so expensive

Their wide selection of healthy and organic products are offered at a very fair price. It is well lit and clean. The meats and produce look very fresh.

This particular Ralphs has a great selection of produce, vegetarian selections, meat and in general, more choices. The lines have never been long when I was there and the prices are great tand quality is excellent

All Ralphs have unusual and special items specific to the area. I love these items here especially and drive 20 miles from my closest Ralphs to get them when I know they have them there!
