I'm not sure about the complainers here, but I always have excellent customer service at this location. I buy coffee in the early morning 4-5 days a week and all the staff greet me immediately with a smile and a hello. They have 9 choices of coffee and 4 more of the flavored with steamed milk, so I don't understand the big babies here saying there aren't enough choices. I've been going to this location for about 6 years and they even have perks when you sign up for frequent coffee drink card. Thank you. :)

I hope Pauline or paulina stays. She is a very considerate employee. She even checks the quality of store products. I hope I see her around s'more..I come every two weeks thursday nights

Hot cover came off when I was geting a bite too eat no napkins cover almost hit my foot

Avoid this place if you can. Gas pumps are constantly broken. Bathrooms are always out of service. Attendants are rude. Today I asked to wash my hands in the sink near the counter since the bathroom was out of order. I was told "no" without any reason. "Seriously?" "Yeah, seriously." Well guess what? I'll take my business elsewhere from now on.

I love the Chevron, Extra Mile stores...BUT NOT THIS ONE.
It's 8:30am and they're out of two kinds of coffee. So, I waited. I got $35 in gas, $100 for a coffee and a carton of cigarettes....not a single thank you from ANY of the three guys working. WOW, now that's customer appreciation!

Workers standing there doing nothing, tells me someone's in the bathroom but nobody there, then he tells me only debit or credit, but all pumps are out of order.6

Terrible customer service, do us all a favor and boycott this place.
