We needed a car quickly. Called the dealership, Rico answered the call, he said come on down. We arrived and were met quickly and Rico showed us what we wanted. Took the test drive, awesome. Filled out the application, approved quickly! Financing was also easy. Outta there in a couple of hours with our new Kia Forte in Sporty Blue! We felt our experience was more than 5 stars. If you need quick service go to Kia of Carson, ask for Rico, you won’t be sorry!!

The staff was very friendly, helpful and understanding. They were very accommodating to my wants and needs. My sales person Sammie was the best. I wouldn’t got my car if it wasn’t for her. She was honest and up front about everything that was going on. I have recommended them to my neighbors who also want a Telluride.

I connected from the start with DaVonna, she was informative and consistent in responding to questions. Finally I bought my car 10/3/23. The Finance Manager was quick to complete the paperwork, but it was DaVonna that was 100% my reason for buying at Kia of Carson

I called and got my car in the next day at 7am. Alexis was phenomenal! She kept me updated on my car, didn't try to oversell, and had my car & keys ready to go when I came to get it. As mentioned in other posts, the only shuttle is to the mall, but the waiting area is great and I saw plenty of people with their laptops, etc.

Nydia, the service representative, informed us of all the steps that will be taken to make sure my car is up to date. She used my phone number to opt me in to receive text messages and phone calls whenever my vehicle was done getting serviced. She explained each package and how essential each process listed in each package was to the health of my vehicle. She also, provided me with an outline and pictures of recommended areas of my vehicle that I should fix while i was there. I was pleased to have her and supper happy about my car maintenance.

Took a trip to this Kia dealership to handle a part recall notice I received in the mail. The staff was friendly and attentive to make sure everything was good to go. They even took the time to mount my front license plate holder so I can finally take my plate out of the window. They even provided a vehicle inspection at no additional charge, which was very much appreciated. This will be my go to dealership in LA for all my vehicles needs.

I saw Joey and he was amazing!!! This is my second car from Kia of Carson and let me just say I love it so much! I’ll probably never go to another dealership! Joey was great and made sure I walked out with a car a like !! Thank you so much.

Fredy was great! We were greeted right away, and he was able to help us find the exact vehicle we were looking for. He kept us up to date on the delivery of the vehicle. We were excited when he called us to let us know that the vehicle had come in earlier than expected. We were able to complete the purchase in less than 2 hours. Definitely beyond satisfied! The other staff members were friendly and helpful.

Abdul was amazing helping me choose my Telluride, I went in with only test driving and left the lot with a fresh brand new 2024 telluride off the lot. The process was so easy with Abdul took us 2hrs. Thank you Abdul for helping me get the car and color I wanted!

If you are in the market for a Kia…Kia of Carson is the place. My experience here was surprisingly pleasant. The salesperson (Daniel) was extremely nice, professional and thorough answering all the concerns regarding the vehicle I purchased. In and out no hassles!

Very friendly and helpful sales team. After tracking down the car I wanted I was able to put a hold on it while it was in transit to Carson. Once the car hit the lot I was contacted and the whole process took less than 2 hours despite some hiccups that were resolved immediately. To my surprise the car had a FULL tank and was washed beautifully. Great customer service.

Had a great experience with my sales person Zammy. She’s friendly and we found a car that fit my needs and she listened to what was important to me in a vehicle. She was also helpful in guiding me through the process and I felt reassured throughout. Definitely would recommend. Really really happy with my experience.

Rarou Kong greeted us when we arrived at the lot. He was courteous, helpful, efficient, knowledgeable and patiently answered all of our questions. He brought in other agents, who also worked to make sure that we had a successful buying experience. He made sure that our new Kia was washed and filled with gas, before we left. He also helped us remove all of our personal items from our car to the new one and made sure that we were aware of the necessary features to drive the new car safely. His patience and kindness was greatly appreciated.

Had a great car buying experience. Started talks with Joey over text/emails then arranged a time to come in to purchase. Really liked that he did not pressure me to come in right away like others did. Purchase process took <2 hrs.
