I had an absolutely amazing experience at the Los Angeles World Cruise Center! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The terminal was clean, well-organized, and the embarkation process was smooth and efficient. The views of the harbor were breathtaking, and the excitement of embarking on a cruise was palpable. Throughout my journey, the facilities were top-notch, with a wide variety of dining options, entertainment, and activities to keep me engaged. The cruise center's location is also convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area before or after your voyage. I can't wait to return for another adventure!

Easy port in and out. Sailed on Regent Seven Seas Grandeur. Regent's brand new luxury cruiseship. Pier 93,92,87 is $20.00 /24hrs.

We took a Royal Caribbean cruise from here to Ensenada and a few ports in between. It was easy to park here as there was plenty of parking and the boarding process wasn't a bad experience.

First time cruiser. I wasn't sure what to expect. This port was so easy to find, and maneuver around. The porters were super friendly and the whole process from arrival to parking to embarkation was quick and easy. Then, upon returning after the cruise....just as quick and easy. I could see my bag before I even got into the area. Grabbed it, stood in front of the facial recognition camera and I was on my way. Parking was $100 for a 5-day cruise.

Traffic was tough at exit due to volume but we parked at 10:45 am and at 11:04 we were checked in on the ship and sitting in dining room ready to eat. Such efficiency blew my mind. Everyone was on top of their job and welcomed each passenger warmly. I’m so impressed. We had a 11 am on board schedule but was walking onto the ship at 10:55

Not exactly a beautiful facility. It's old and looks dated but you don't have to spend much time here since you just want to get through the place quickly so you can get on with your cruise. Be warned that you will walk a long distance to your ship and when you get off to get through customs and border control. I saw a lot of elderly and those with impairments struggle with the long distance walks.

It was something wonderful, a service and attention that I never imagined, spectacular technology and you find a smile in everyone who makes it possible for all this to become a fairy tale, God bless everyone, I will miss you very much, including the immigration officers, a service beautiful, I recommend them with eyes closed, quality food and everything super clean.

Not sure how to "love" a parking lot but we had no issues while parking there for a week. The employees who drive the shuttle were nice and the attendants at the exit help you pay. It is a bit of a cluster leaving because 5 or 4 lanes turn and merge into a lane for parking. 🤷🏻‍♀

Easy exit to the city Express bus 950 and to LAX. TOOK ABOUT AN HOUR OR so by bus & train but I believe only cost 35 cents for off peak travel. Love functional public transit. Note this was from the San Pedro pier. May be more challenging from the Long Beach pier. San Pedro will be our departure location of choice for future cruises.

Interesting watching the large ships heading out while sitting on my balcony on the Viking Star.

Clean place, the cruise ships dock here. The process of getting onto the ship is straight forward.

I saw no homeless people close to the area.

First time here and I was blown away. They move massive amounts of people and their luggage quickly, efficiently and pleasantly.

I have a bum leg that sometimes stops being cooperative. Usually I know it is getting worse and can use a cane or something. About halfway thru the security process, the leg decided to take some unscheduled time off of work, much to my unpleasant surprise.

A staff member saw what was happening and quickly assisted me with a chair and we then figured things out from there.

What amazed me was the attitude of genuine concern and a true desire to help both during the routine boarding process and especially after I suddenly was unable to walk without assistance.

Would give 6 stars if I could.

$20 per day parking. Having said that...so convenient. Lots of porters to help with bags. Facial recognition makes entry so easy.

I love leaving from this pier. Parking is right in front, where you could the cruise ship. It's a bit high, but they could charge so much more.

Walked in straight in to queue went pretty quick, with in 15 to 20 we had our medallion and boarded the ship , all went smoothly. That's how we like it

I’m reading these many reviews with a chuckle. What the hell do you people expect? It’s a dock with a building next to the ship. And a parking lot next to that. It’s not owned by the cruise ship companies, and let’s face it, they don’t exactly have a lot of options or choices. Besides, if you’re halfway intelligent, you should only have to spend a total of one hour here between boarding and departure. If you make it more complicated than that, this is on you. Arrive. Check luggage. Get on boat. Leave boat. Fetch bags. Clear customs (facial recognition makes it easy). Leave. What more do you losers need? Get a life.

I sailed on Navigator of the Seas out of here a week ago and was impressed with how easy the boarding process was. It was a very well organized place and it only took about 10 minutes from dropping my luggage off to stepping on the ship.
