The Laser Image Company Med Spa

Went to The Laser Image Company for the first time yesterday after it was highly recommended by one of my best friends. It's a cute little spot within the Redondo Riviera Village. John at the front desk is friendly and helpful. Winnie was the nurse who treated me. She was also very friendly, informative, and did a great job. I typically go to one of the bigger chain med spas, but after going here, I'm sticking with LIC. The nurses here are very well trained, thorough, conservative, honest, and great! I definitely recommend! Bonus - they have a rewards program, which is awesome and better than the one I use with the bigger chain.

The friendliest staff you will ever encounter. You just don't get this level of customer service anywhere anymore! They actually greet you by your name when you walk in! I have been getting my treatment for unwanted facial hair for years and would highly recommend to anyone who is considering this. Don't bother looking anywhere else! I will be a lifetime client! Keep up the great work!

I have been going to the Laser Image Company for several years. I absolutely love how efficiently and expertly they use the small space. They are always professional and thorough. The results have always worked well for me. Each team member is well-trained, kind, and thoughtful. I am looking forward to a new procedure there that I haven’t yet scheduled because of my own work schedule. Will do soon! Thank you for making my experience enjoyable and comfortable.

My first time at The Laser Image yesterday and let me tell you, it did not disappoint! As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a big smile! I went in for Dysport and my injectors name was Winnie, she was absolutely so nice and friendly! Made me feel so comfortable and answered all my questions! I had an amazing first time experience with Winnie. She made me feel so comfortable and took so much time and care into the process. I have been coming to Laser Image company for several years now getting varies treatments such as facials and botox. I recently went in for a microneedling treatment with PRP. I really enjoyed getting this procedure as staff was very professional as always and took very good, tender care of me. The treatment it self was painless and i did see immediate results. My pours appeared much smaller and the face immediately appeared more contoured, while making my skin firmer.

I highly recommend Laser Image for any of the skin treatments as the staff here is very knowledgeable and professional!

I was so thrilled to have found this full service Medspa in South Bay! From my first interaction over with phone with the receptionist, all the wonderful nurses, to the fantastic medical director John. I have been getting laser genesis for years here. I also had a very stubborn broken capillary on my nose removed years ago that never came back! Every staff member is extremely knowledgeable and provides honest
treatment recommendations as needed. I would highly recommend this medspa to anyone!

I have been a customer at Laser Image Co Med Spa, Redondo for a few years. Staff are very friendly and the office is always sparkling clean. I have had Jeuveau and different types of fillers. I recently realized I met John/owner over two decades ago. Then, he offered the best and latest laser treatments before laser machines were abundant. 20+ yrs now, he is still doing the same with excellent knowledge of what each laser does while keeping up with the latest trends.
My schedule is always wacky, so I don't have the leisure of requesting the same practitioner, but I know I can book with anyone because of John and Charlotta's industry knowledge and training. I have never had a bad service or treatment suggestion.
Of course, I recommend you do your due diligence, but I'm always confident with their services and practitioners. Thanks, Team John!

I couldn’t be happier with the results of my microneedling/ peel package.The staff is super friendly and helpful. They are always on time ,organized and very informative in any questions that you might have it after the procedures, also follow ups. Great experience!!!

I also really appreciate that the staff tells you when you don’t need certain treatments and that they do not upsell.

I've used Laser Image for the last 3 years. They are clean, professional, and friendly. I have purchased the IPL packages that significantly reduce costs. I had some sun spots on the back of my hands and 1 treatment knocked them out! Great results! I highly reccommend!

Have been going to Laser image for several years, but haven’t been in a few. They have different technicians now, but I lucked out with a true artist, Carolina. I am an older gal, and she knew exactly what I needed after expressing my immediate concerns. I received Botox between my eyes, and some in my forehead lines. A bit more in my chin. She treated my frown lines with RHA. She was very calm and throrough. I’m completely happy with the results!!!. Would recommend highly.

The staff at Laser Image are so friendly and nice and you got that friendly vibe right when walking in. I saw Winnie and she was amazing. She took the time explaining my different options of treatment. I will definitely be returning and referring friends and family!

Nurse Adriana did Laser hair removal and lip fillers on me and she was amazing. She is incredibly friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the procedures she is doing. She was able to explain in detail each procedure, the aftercare needed and the results expected. I felt like I was in good hands and definitely will come back for more procedures!

I have been going to Laser imaging for years and the owner John and staff are amazing. John is very nice and can explain each procedure they offer and he is patient with your questions, the office is clean there is always a smile when you enter the door, recently had refirme on my neck and Carolina was amazing, cant wait for my next appointment.

The staff is excellent- friendly, helpful, welcoming and experienced- and the treatments I have gotten have all resulted in better skin. I would recommend to anyone who is thinking of getting skin treatments but is a little unsure; that was me for sure and the staff put me completely at ease. They truly act appreciative of your business, respect your privacy and time by taking you right at appointment time, and communicate with you afterwards. You will definitely go back!

John is absolutely one of the nicest people I have ever met. He strives to provide excellent service and his entire staff follows the same vibe. The office is calm and welcoming, and extremely professional. I had a laser vein treatment and it was truly a positive experience. The pain was next to nothing, and I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Overall, it was and exceptional experience and I highly recommend visiting the Laser Image Company!!
