I was looking to rent a house, but was convinced by Ryan Taylor that they would get me in a home to buy in 21 days after I had disclosed all necessary information to him. I also informed him that my lease was about to end and he told me to go ahead and put in my 30 day notice at my current place and that Diane Fyke would contact me. Diane did contact me and I provided her with everything that she asked for. She started asking for username and password of my child support information, that did not make me feel comfortable at all! Then I emailed her stating that I Gabe sent her everything that she has requested and did not hear from her after that. Well after a month of constantly going to the office in Rancho Cucamonga and having to wait for someone else to scan her my documents and no longer heard from her.
Then Wil Olguin contacted me stating that he wish he got to me first and would help me better than Diane. Well let’s just say it was the same thing “NOTHING!”
After 6 months of staying in hotels and having to board my emotional dog I am still without a home. Be very careful of this company, especially if you are a first time buyer and/military Veteran like myself.
I would have never given up my lease had Ryan Taylor not promised that Diane could get me in a house in 21 days. I have all of my phone conversation transcript proven what was told to me along with emails & text messages from these people at Porches and Places.
