Pleasantly surprised on what he charged me for his service. Very helpful, honest, I felt like family. Highly recommend to anyone with a Jaguar.

I have had Omar make a couple of repairs on my '08 XJ8 Jag. He is knowledgeable, thorough, courteous, friendly, and reliable. I really appreciate the excellent customer service I am provided when doing business with Original Jaguar. Carrie, who works the desk, is also an asset to this business. She greets you with a warm, friendly smile - not an attitude. She is easy to talk to and very calming and caring. She and Omar are very attentive and make you feel like you're their only customer. I highly recommend this place for any repairs you may need.

Well, we just had our F-Type brake service done there. It was simple and no hassle. This shop got the original parts from Jaguar, replaced the old parts. Pick up the next day, we paid the parts cost and labor. Saved us time and money. Only replaced the parts needed, not the entire brake system (pads, rotors, sensors) like dealers quote us.

It was a pleasure to have Omar and his mechanics work on our F-Type. In any future event, we know where we go to service for our Jaguar. AAAAAA++++++ EXCELLENCE

These guys at Original Jaguar and Land Rover have been around the block a few times and know their stuff. They know Jags and Land Rovers like they know their own social security number.
They are much more reasonable than the big dealerships. They are VERY HONEST.
I have even had some minor repairs done for LESS THAN their single hour labor rate! I am not saying that is typical, but it is an example of their honesty.
On a personal level, both Omar and Eric are very nice, cool guys.

First timer at this shop. I get there and services are by appointment only due to pandemic impacts. No problem, Eric had me scheduled in a heartbeat.
On my way out, my truck dies on me, no battery juice!
Eric didn't hesitate to help me get it started.
I honestly felt like he truly wants to help and get things done and fixed.
I have my appointment to drop off my truck tomorrow and already feel like my truck is in great hands.
Thanks Eric and your other mechanic for the help in getting me home! I will see you tomorrow to get this all started.

FOLLOW UP 3 WEEKS AFTER FIRST JOB.
It has been 3 weeks and my truck runs like new!
Omar gave me options to choose from and I appreciated his honesty and willingness to help me and educate me on what option was best.
I have a couple more things I want to fix and will MOST DEFINITELY be taking my truck back to Omar and Eric.

As a first timer, I'm glad I took my truck here and met great guys that know what they are doing and are reasonably priced.

Eric has been servicing my car for 17 years. He does a fantastic job and stands by his work. All of his employees do a great job.

Eric, the owner of Original Jaguar has been our mechanic since the 1990's. He has worked on at least 5 of the Jaguars that we have owned in that period. He's very experienced, extremely competent and equally honest and fair. In this age of "electronic warfare" when it comes to cars (and Jaguar has its share of electrical problems), Eric has stayed current and is the best you are likely to find anywhere. It's his business and he cares.
