Experienced agents and great leadership.

I’m currently looking for a home and I came across one being sold by this Agency. The agents name is Joy Cross. I sent her a text message, no reply. Then called her direct number, no call back. I then called the office and I was asked to send her an email, they wouldn’t take a message for me. I emailed her and you guessed it, no reply back. This agency must have issues because no good agency would tolerate agents like Joy. Very unprofessional.

I'm from the high desert association of realtors. I reached out to Joy via phone call to get more information on one of her listings and was treated very rudely and also she hung up in my face. Very unprofessional. Please do better with dealing with agents that are reaching out for more information. My mls didn't reflect any information on this property. Hence my reason for calling Joy.
