Dave's Barber Shop

I was introduced to Dave in the 1980s at The Razors Edge and have been getting my haircut from him ever since. He’s a true professional in all ways! Jeremy is an outstanding addition to the team too! He’s cut my hair a couple times and it turned out absolutely perfect. I highly recommend this barber shop.

A community gem! I have not needed the services of a barber shop for decades, but after my experience and service, I will be a regular as long as Jeremy is there.
Exceptionally clean, comfortable, and run with integrity and care. When I met Dave (the owner), I felt as if I had been a regular customer for years!

I have had the distinct pleasure of having Dave cut my hair and give me the occasional shave for 18 years. I did the math and can't believe it's been that long. I'm honestly embarrassed this is my first review.

I have sent many friends to Dave, all have been nothing short of impressed with his service and I never once doubted that's how it would go. My friends know if I recommend someone a name drop isn't necessary to get excellent service, if it were I wouldn't recommend anyone or entity. Dave has never neglected the trust he didn't even know I'd placed in him.

So to any and all you random strangers I will say; if you need a haircut, straightedge shave or both at once give Dave a call. Whether the next available appointment is the same day or in weeks take it, save his number and stop looking for a barber. Dave is the best and you found him.

I have been coming to Dave for my haircuts ever since I was a little kid, and here I am in my mid-20s still getting cuts from the best barber out there!
From a professional standpoint, Dave knows EXACTLY how to cut, trim down, and style hair. You could give him any request and I know he'd master it!
It's not the outstanding haircuts that keep me coming back, nor is it the distance to his shop (only a few blocks away for me). But it's the incredibly nice, warm, and welcoming feeling you get when you're with Dave. I always know that along with an amazing new haircut, I'll walk out of his shop with a smile after catching up with him.
I definitely don't plan on seeing anybody else. Go see Dave, you won't be disappointed :)

I've been a customer of Dave's for a number of years now and continued to be very happy with my experiences in his barbershop. He's personable, thoughtful, gives me good haircuts, is reasonably priced, and best of all he takes appointments so I don't have to waste my time waiting for my turn.

Dave has years of experience cutting men's hair. He doesn't do fancy cuts like Mohawks but he understands how you want your cut and is very efficient. Appointments are necessary due to his popularity in the Proctor District.

Dave is smart, caring, and very friendly. He does great haircuts and offers a great price. I've been going to Dave's for nearly 2 decades and don't plan to go anywhere else.

Dave is a great barber. Tell him what you want and he'll do it. He's very experienced. Once you get to know him you'll keep coming back. I tell him how short I want it and he nails it every time. Knowing exactly what I want.
