I wanted to thank Brittney at the GH South store. I came in to pick up our new mattress even though it was purchased at the Sequim store (it would have been a few days before it was availabel at the Sequim store and we needed the mattress ASAP) Brittney had it loaded on a hand truck and waiting for me when I arrived. She was gracious and efficient and even though we did not purchase the mattress from her or at the GH location, she was very helpful! Every business should have an employee like Brittney....terrific customer service and we will absolutely return to Mattress Firm for our next mattress purchase. Thank you!

We had an incredible experience with Matthew. He really showed us that he cares and knows the ins and outs of mattresses. He was definitely helpful with questions and was able to find a way for us to get our bed delivered within 72 hours. He was not overly pushy with trying to get us to buy a certain mattress or add-on, but did a good job to understand what we really were looking for. I would recommend anyone go to Mattress firm and ask for Matthew.

Mattress Firm in Uptown, Gig Harbor was the third mattress store I went to in search of a new mattress. Matthew was phenomenal, answering all of my questions about the differences in the mattresses as well as the adjustable bases. It was a completely different customer service experience than I’d had at the other two stores (not other Mattress Firm locations) that I had looked at previously.

I left having purchased a new mattress and frame and I feel great about this purchase. I highly recommend this store and Matthew in particular.

Great customer service. Paul took the time not just to offer mattresses but to explain about sleep and how to improve rest quality. After my sharing my budget, he manage to take the most of the options based on my needs and expectations.

I have not actually gotten my new bed yet, so I cannot leave a review on whether I like it or not just yet. But I will say, John is an amazing salesman! He spent hours with me helping me choose the right mattress for my needs, he was extremely friendly and polite, he went above and beyond my expectations. I wasn't even planning to purchase right away, I was just "window" shopping, but he made the sale! Extremely satisfied with the service at this location! Highly recommend.
