Having an honest and competent Auto Repair Shop is as essential as a good Barber, a good Doctor, etc… Mackert was recommended to me by my neighbor and I’m very happy I listened to him. They were quick in getting the job done but the work quality and professionalism remained outstanding… They didn’t perform any services that weren’t necessary, even though they could have, which speaks to their honesty, and honesty in your Auto Mechanic is everything…!! I highly recommend them should you need any work done on your vehicle…!!

The team at Mackert was helpful and took the time to explain all recommended work. They even told us that some work could wait and helped us understand what to look for so that we would know when it was time to get the work done. They addressed our concerns and fixed the initial issue we brought the car in for. Would recommend to anyone!

They saved me!!! We drove cross country for thanksgiving and really destroyed our front brakes. They didn’t have any appointments available, but were able to replace our brakes anyway the DAY BEFORE THANKSGIVING at a reasonable price. A holiday miracle! I had my 2000 Toyota Tundra taken to Market Automotive because I had a problem with the steering. Mackert contacted me right away. They diagnosed the problem quickly and let me know of a few other minor issues with the cooling system and asked if I had any other concerns. They checked the breaks and found they were up to standard
Mackert gave me a reasonable estimate for the work needed. In a few days my truck was ready and the bill was no more than the estimate I was given. I feel very confident in the experience of the mechanics and comfortable with the customer service provided. I sometimes think customer service is a thing of the past but my confidence has been restored by my recent experience with Mackert Automotive.

I asked Mackert Automotive to troubleshoot a cyclical noise I was getting on my 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The mechanic found my rear differential was the cause. I got a call and was informed of the issue, approximate cost for repair, and when it would be completed. Repair, cost and timing were spot on. Great job!

Chris helped me out with a check engine light. He helped me understand what the issue was, resolved it, and was very friendly.

I brought my 2014 GMC Sierra in for a transmission service. They got me in quickly and the job was done earlier than promised. There was no upselling for unnecessary work that is common at most shops. This is one of the few, straightforward and honest shops around. A rare gem. I won't take my vehicle anywhere else.

Took my '15 Cadillac ATS to Mackert for some work that I hoped would fix a problem with the transmission. Problem repaired, at a very reasonable price. I'll be going back if I need any future work done. Many thanks!

I have confidence in all the work Mackert Automotive has performed. I have brought in 2 "senior" aged vehicles and they are so respectful to manage the care on each of them. My newest senior is a 2001 Subaru Outback Legacy which blew her gaskets. Great customer service and pricing is reasonable and honest.

I have used Mackert Automotive twice now. I find them honest knowledge mechanics. The first time the fixed a problem with my Suburban that dealer couldn't figure out. That says a lot. Would not hesitate using them for any automotive maintenance.
