Fantastic! Beny is exceptional. He's much more than a plumber, he's a very talented seasoned veteran with an engineers mind. His motto is SAFETY first! I had a very difficult water heater replacement. Luckily Benys sticker was on the old one so I called him and so thankful I did. Due to special venting to prevent off gassing and the challenge in finding the upgraded model that had to match the original brand which Beny had handled in a few hours, this was a huge job.
He had to custom retrofit the intake/outtake pipes/vent which was exceedingly difficult. He would not quit until it was 100 percent correct. His employee Francisco also worked very hard and the two of them were seamless together. Beny goes above and beyond to resolve your problems and is very passionate about his craft.
He also does restoration work which is included. This was an 8 hr installation due to many issues which were all addressed. Beny is kind, funny and loves to answer your questions. If you want your plumbing done correctly then he's the one to call. Turns out a neighbor knew him as he fixed a problem that no other plumbers could. Said he was excellent. When you call him he will be direct and to the point as he's intently focused on the job at hand which is what you want. He will call you back ASAP with resolutions to your situation. He is in demand due to his honesty and expertise. He is worth every penny which was fair. I named my WH after him. Beny the Bear! Thanks Beny and Francisco. Cheers!

Beny is amazing! I've worked with him for 18 years. I have a 102 year old house in Laurel Canyon and I've had several plumbing emergencies. Beny has always been there immediately, and didn't let go of the project until it was finished. He also finds the most cost effective way to problem solve while fixing with the utmost quality. It was a happy day when someone recommended Beny to me. I can't recommend him enough!

I have known Beny for over 10 years. Beny and his company are THE VERY BEST. He is always polite, punctual, and a problem solver. He knows his stuff and will do it correctly every single time. My sister had a fire in her garage and we discovered a gas leak. I called Beny on a Sunday and he was there within the hour on a Sunday and fixed the issue. Beny will always be my plumber.

Beny is the guy who shows up at 8 am on a Sunday, 3 hours before you are hosting 40 guests, to clear the clog that has half of the water in your house backed up. Beny has taken care of all of my plumbing needs for the last two years, and I am always pleased with his work.

Had Beny come over on Thursday as our master was over flowing. Beny himself came right over to take a look. We ended up replacing the sewer line underneath the house between the master and the front as the old cast iron pipes were clogged and the slope was almost none existing and was causing it to clog. They came over later that day and had the job done in a few hours!! Great price and VERY knowledgable. Highly recommended.

My whole house was flooded with water from the bathroom and toilets I called all the companies that advertise on Google 24/7 Service everyone told me in the morning and then a good friend told me to google you and register like this and like that
First thing I met a golden man who came with his son he smiled and told me do not worry not everything that seems complicated it is really complicated sometimes it is such a small solution that because people do not know they are afraid to call a plumber and my heart said moist trust him have a good feeling about him in the end The work after almost an hour the man took me a price I did not believe in life especially I called him after midnight he and his son smiled and said thank you very much

BEWARE. I never put reviews, and especially negative reviews, because I realize that people rely on their businesses to make a living. However, my experience with Beny was absolutely terrible. He was recommended to me from a friend, so I believed that he would be trustworthy. I called Beny on Friday morning, explained the problem (shower valve issue), and he said he would come on Monday. He asked me to text him my address and a picture of the valve. I did that immediately after I got off the phone. I didn't hear back from him all weekend to confirm when he was coming on Monday, so I sent him a text (I didn't want to interrupt his weekend, but to at least let him know I was still waiting for a response for Monday). I still didn't hear back from him on Monday, so I texted him again and then left a message about a couple of hours later (in case he didn't see my text). Beny called me back Monday afternoon, but I was in a meeting so I couldn't take it. He left me a message (and oddly enough, left it for my husband, even though I had told him my name multiple times, and was the only one speaking with him). I called him back, and he said he could come on Wednesday, but he refused to give me a time and just told me to call him in the morning and he would come within an hour or so. On Wednesday morning, I call him first thing - his voicemail is full. So I send him another text. He called back, and said he would be able to come in a couple of hours (it was about 8:30am at the time), so he could come close to noon at the latest. He was on speaker, and my husband also heard this. Around 12:30pm on Wednesday, I called him to see if he would be coming still. He didn't answer so I left a message. 2pm rolled by, so I called him again. This time he answered. I asked him if he would be still coming to fix the shower valve (I wasn't upset, I realize that schedules change). Beny became very defensive with me, and I told him I was just wondering if he could come by today because he had mentioned that he could come around noon. He seriously went from 0-60 with me, and suddenly started yelling at me and said, "Fine, I can't make it," and hung up. I found someone else within a few minutes to come by and fix it instead. The moral of the story is, don't deal with terrible people. There are others that can do the service for you, promptly and without being rude and defensive.
