CVS

Went in last night (10/26/2023) around 10pm, and the lady working there was super helpful in helping me get my passport photos. We had an issue with the photo (did not like how the hair was slightly covering the face) and she resolved it without any question. Thank you so much! Would recommend for passport photo services!

Dominique here is AWESOME and sooo patient. I’m a crazy coupon lady and she was so kind in helping me figuring out why my transaction was not equaling out to what I thought it would. This location is super lucky to have her and she’s a big reason I will be back!

Posting this review because I felt bad on 11/9/2023 for the way they were treating the guy with blue hair. Amazing worker, great customer service and as a lesbian I was offended by the way he was treated, not a good look for cvs. Only 5 stars based on his service

The Pharmacists here are amazing. They work quickly, fairly, and they gave me a discount on my meds. Without those working in the medical industry I wouldn't be here. I am so thankful for their hard work. Thank you for helping me get the medication I need.

CVS now has a woman working at the Mulholland location named Pascale. She is extremely helpful and seems to be everywhere! I go out of my way to shop at this CVS now. It’s so hard to find good customer service these days. I am appreciate of having the personal attention.

This one goes out to Natalie, who went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable after I had some questions about my prescription and helped me through an OCD moment about pill counting that I had, which she did not have to help me with, but she did anyways because she is great and really cares about the people who come to the pharmacy. There's a reason I get my medication from here and it's because of her and the rest of the wonderful team behind the counter.

Great service. Real knowledgeable pharmacy. I usually don't write reviews, but I saw some negatives and thought I should write a review. I have been going to this CVS around 10 - 13 years. I don't need a pharmacist that often but sometimes I need some direction on some products in the store. I don't like to bother them in the pharmacy but just sometimes you need advice. I think some of the negativity is because this neighborhood has a lot of people that have an entitled mentality. You see it at the Coffee Bean, Ralphs and even how they drive in the parking lots. I am sure the pharmacy has to deal with attitudes daily. So my score really exceeds the stars that are provided.

Once again CVS WoodlandHills on Mulholland went the extra mile to clean up an error by prescribing physician. Physician immediately went to standard blame the pharmacy. However I pointed out the pharmacy cannot fill a prescription that has not been written. Once written CVS obtained difficult to quickly acquire medication. Cannot adequately praise their amazement my performance and empathy.

I have been to many Pharmacies in my days but this one is very special.
The Pharmacist is the best I have ever found. Extremally knowledgably and the people that work around her are also the most accommodating that I have ever experienced.

This is the best CVS I've ever been to. Always clean and well stocked. Associates are always very friendly and helpful.

Ms. Yoselyn Arias has been very helpful at giving advices on selections of hair dyes. She gave me great tips on dying difficult to dye areas. The store has been kept very organized and clean.

Always has a bigger selection for my needs everyone loves my doggy boo boo when in come into the CVS store. Prices are as good sometimes better than Costco

Elnaz is not only a pharmacist but an ANGEL too
And I mean what I say
She is always so helpful and she does everything to take care of all the patients
I live in area and I’ve been to that pharmacy a few times and every time I see her there she was helping people way out of their expectations
I wish all CVS pharmacies had such great staff

Pharmacist Sheep filled my Prescriptions within 10-15mins at 4a.m on 9/12 he was very nice to me.

Very busy location but they are working efficiently and fast.
