I needed an emergency plumber to visit my aunt house so a friend highly recommended to call John's plumbing. They quickly answered the phone and set up an appointment. They are professional, knowledgeable and reasonable. They even followed up after their work done to make sure everything is fine.

These plumbers really came through for me when I needed them! They acted as quickly as possible to help solve the water stoppages and then replaced a hot water heater tank day of. It really helped me a lot with the tenants staying there. They also provided reasonable pricing and excellent communication. It’s difficult to find good reputable plumbers in LA. But these definitely are them.

Really happy with the job Victor and crew did. Anna was super responsive and helpful coordinating everything. We had a big job with a sewer leak and they took care of excavation, plumbing, and replacing the concrete. The pricing was transparent and consistent with the estimate.

I was very happy with the service John provided. He was very quick but diligent in his work and was super friendly. He made sure I understood the two different solutions to the problem, and the tradeoffs and price difference that come with both. Ultimately you can tell that he takes pride in his work and likes to do things properly. I'll be using John's Plumbing in the future and recommend them to anybody who has plumbing needs.

I’ve never had more of a pleasant experience than I have with John’s plumbing. Victor went above and beyond to help us, he did a $900 job for only $200 to help us out during tough times. Idk if God still makes people like this but may He bless their business and families🤲🏼 I would never go anywhere else!

John’s work for us was excellent. He was communicative for both the initial inspection and the days of work. We have been looking for a reliable plumber for some time, and I’m happy to say that we will be calling John again for any needs in the future.

I have two 50-gal water heaters, and after 20 years, one of them died. It was time to replace them both. After some research, I have decided on the high-efficiency tankless water heaters, specifically the Navien model NPE-210A2. Now comes the arduous task of choosing the right plumbing company; I set out to call all the top-rated companies in which John's Plumbing & Drain Services was included.
My objective was: 1) a reasonable price, 2) speedy work, 3) a permit, 4) additionally, an installation of a whole building water filter.
John himself came to check the site, and shortly after, I received the proposal. Notably, I was told how long it would take and the steps of the installation process.
John is intelligent, easy-going, and an amenable person. The work executed by him and his team is neat and, most importantly it is timely and thoughtful; the job done has a sense of harmony, a beautiful proportion, and balance.
While working on the project, I received regular communication updates from Anna via text or phone. Anna is an excellent asset to John's Plumbing & Drain Services team.

I can’t thank John and his team enough. They are extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful! It was nearly midnight in one of Los Angeles bad storms and John didn’t hesitate to come out and help when my basement flooded due to the extreme rain. As you can imagine I was extremely stressed and anxious and John within the hour was over assessing the issue and working out a way to fix the immediate problem of flooding and rising water. He then came back first thing in the morning (again during the storm) to repair a broken sump pump and diagnose and fix how the water was getting in. Honestly I can’t recommend John and his team enough. I will be using John myself for any plumping needs moving forward.

It was a New Year's weekend and my kitchen sink and laundry sink was clogged. I called and they came out within 2 hours. Very fast response time. They were very clean and friendly and clear the drain within half an hour. I'm glad they didn't took the New Years weekend off. Great Service!
