CVS

I called this CVS today and my call was met by a friendly, calm voice who stated “let me see how I can help you” after I frantically rattled my concerns (unrelated to CVS) off to him. He was polite, friendly, professional and above all - he was sincere in his offer to help me resolve my issue. He looked into my complaint and validated my concerns. That alone was so nice… to not be dismissed. Then he got into the solution and explained the steps he was going to take to help me solve my problem with my doctor. He called me back quickly to confirm what he had done to get in touch with them. He went way above and beyond to help me. I was crying and frustrated. He was so kind and helpful. At the end of the call, I expressed my gratitude and asked him who he was and he said “I’m Ted; I’m one of the pharmacists here and I’m happy to help you.” What an absolutely incredible human being. Thank you Ted and thank you CVS.

I want to give high praise to this CVS pharmacy. The druggist, Raffi, went above and beyond to fill a prescription I urgently needed but that I had sent to the wrong CVS a long distance from my home. that was my error and i didn't realize it. Raffi transferred the prescription and filled it on the spot even though it was close to closing time. This really touched me. And Tatervik, another pharmacy was very helpful in making sure my needs were taken care of and using my insurance! Thank you both and CVS! I am fan!!

The entire store has always been nice to me but specifically the pharmacy is very nice - the young gentlemen who I assume is the manager is always welcoming and greeting customers but today Ani at the front counter went the extra mile to look up a coupon for my medication and saved me 50% she didn't need to do that but I greatly appreciate it.

I came in looking to buy an item that happened to be out of stock. I was very disappointed, luckily Edith (the store clerk) said that a shipment was coming in the day after. She suggested to take my phone number and that she would call me if that item came in. That is the best customer service I have received in a while! Thank you Edith and Guy (the other clerk) for going the extra mile and for being so courteous!

This is my favorite CVS! I always feel super safe when shopping there late at night. My latest run was yesterday around 3 am, and my favorite manager was there! Joe is an excellent manager! He’s always attentive, and I appreciated his positive energy, especially at those wee hours. I would’ve been in zombie mode :). Thanks, Joe, for your service, and thank you for my CVS gift bag!

1st Veronica, took time for me and had the patience to go above and beyond to help me get what I wanted even when shortage checking stock availability and whereabouts in the store, very quickly! And Marine being "creative and can do"helped me get the offered deal online and juggled a smaller package with it, buy 1 get 1/2 off and utilizing my Care Plus 10.00 per mo. 😲Those ladies get 6 Stars! And Jose the checker got Marine to check it out in the system..CVS IS GREAT BECAUSE THESE PEOPLE COME TO WORK AND MAKE CVS THAT WAY! 👍 Thank you!😊

I am a 55-Year old healthy guy and I cannot say enough praises about this CVS. The pharmacy staff goes out of their way to figure out why your med. is not being billed correctly and they figure it out!
It really helps of you treat the pharm. techs.
as humans: they will help you if treated well.
I have needed a few meds for mild but chronic conditions all my life, and this CVS reminds me of "the good old days" when there was caring customer service.

Aarron is a great manager at this store who knows what customer service is all about. Managers like Aarron are the type of managers who don't let the title of their position make them feel like they dont have to put an effort/care to work and provide good relations with customers/employees.
