AT&T Store

This at&t store just became my go to store after the awesome help of the customer service Brian & Victor. I recently traded my 11 pro max to 15 pro max. Upon receiving my new iPhone, i thought it will be a breeze transferring my data to the new phone. So i went to visit this store for a little help. Soon as i walked in, i was greeted with respect & friendliness. Brian right away stood up and told me what to do. He told me before i left the store that if i will have problem transferring the data, just come back to the store and he’ll gladly to do it for me. Got home and when i was almost to the end of the transfer, there was a prompt that i couldn’t figure out. Since it’s only a mile away from me, i came back to ask Brian but unfortunately he was off work already. But another customer service Victor jumped right in to help me out. Super friendly and very very helpful all around. He took care with the entire transfer until my new iPhone is good to go. Again, if i have any issue with the phone he said to just come back and they will gladly help me out. Im very impressed with their human kindness. Its what we need in our daily lives and this store and their staff delivers that great attitude. 5 star service!!!! Thank you Victor & Brian for an awesome customer service. You guys are the best. Victor was very accommodating, helpful, and very kind to all of our phone problems; especially when my brother lost his phone. He provided a very stress-free, friendly, and high priority service to our needs. We highly recommend.

Theresa was great helped us with everything went through and looked at my bill to save me as much money as possible and got us hooked up with new phones and AirPods.

Teresa helped us out. My wife and I were changing carriers, and Teresa was awesome. She got us a great deal, was kind, and had a great attitude. If you go into this store, ask for Teresa.

Victor helped me with my problem as soon as I walked through the door. My phone issue was a bit more complicated than others but Victor and his team never gave up helping me to find a solution to my issue. Eventually my problem was fully solved and I was walking out of the store as a happy AT&T customer

We always have a great experience at this AT&T store and today was no exception. Manuel went above and beyond today making my daughter and I feel appreciated as customers. He was not only super friendly but gave us all of the best possible options in selecting a new phone and accessories. Manuel is a wonderful employee and we will be back to see him again!

Best customer service, I was helped by sales rep victor, he was friendly and so helpful, glad to meet people like him , and all the staffs very nice.

It’s a little frustrating when you can’t get a hold of a real human when navigating through these company websites. We went to a nearby AT&T store and explained our dilemma. Victor Vasquez helped us navigate the AT&T website to resolve our problem. Good to know that you can still have a face to face with people to get a problem resolved. Thanks victor.

I recently visited the AT&T store to get a SIM card for my tablet, and I had the pleasure of being helped by Victor V. I cannot speak highly enough of the level of service that he provided. He was incredibly patient and attentive throughout the entire process, and he went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with my experience.

What impressed me most about Victor was his positive attitude. Even though I'm sure he deals with customers all day, he never once made me feel like I was a burden or an inconvenience. He was genuinely interested in helping me get the best possible outcome, and he was more than happy to answer any questions that I had.

Cool store! Everyone was very polite as we waited to be helped out. Victor provided amazing service, thank you! Upgraded our phones and made the process smooth. He explained everything perfectly and answered any questions or concerns we had about the bill as well.

I came here to buy me a charge cable. The service was great under heavy customer presence. The duo running the floor are great at thier tasks and very polite in how they articulate answers for I.T questions from customers including Me.

The sales associate was very professional very helpful as we waited for the previous customer to finish up with the sales associate we were greeting and told that we will be help in a few moments. Very nice to be acknowledged even though the sales associate was busy. Once it was our turn we were able to upgrade my wife's phone rather quickly and right before the store closed. Great experience I have no issues this store has always been my go to 10 out 10 would recommend

I just responded to an online survey with an incorrect rating. I meant to indicate I was “very satisfied” but clicked the wrong reply. Pre-coffee moment. Normally I wouldn’t go to this effort but the representative in the store (on Los Feliz Blvd) was very helpful and I didn’t want my mistake to reflect badly on his efforts. All in all, the customer support I’ve gotten from AT&T has been remarkably good.

5-Star Review, which is surprising for such a big company. Teresa (backed by Los Feliz Blvd. store manager Dorian and Team) was polite, helpful, diligent and listened. I've been an ATT customer in one shape for almost 20 years, and it's encouraging to be treated well. Not always the case, like with my previous mobile provider, Sprint/T-Mobile. Anyway, Teresa solved my issue with a smile and some personality—of course, I was fortunate, I caught a lull in the number of customers. Now, if only AT&T's In-House Experts had been so diligent when they visited my home, and not passed the buck. I don't know about the rest of AT&T, but Teresa was terrific and I would recommend the service provided. Cheers/Ashley

Great service I went in there to buy a phone and iPhone 13. Maria was so helpful. She said it up for me show me how to use it got me a discount because I’m a senior spend about an hour with me or more because I had no idea how to use out that phone, she explained everything to me show me how to use it set it up everything from my old phone to the new phone all the apps and she was so friendly and helpful in the new phone Show me how to work it I’ll give this lady five stars and more 120% satisfied totally

I went in last week with my sister to switch from T-Mobile and was helped out by Victor. He was very kind and professional. He explained how the trade in promotion worked for my iPhone. We didn't feel rushed or bad for asking so many questions. I will definitely be recommending people to Victor.

Went in to get a new phone, was assisted right away. They probably took less than an hour to set everything up. They were professional and fast. Listened to everything I told them and haven’t had an issue’s with my phone or the phone line. Highly recommend.

I definitely recommend this store, the attention and customer service I got here is amazing and I got help with what I exackly needed. Manuel has a great personality.
