Got a stellar short haircut from *Emily* at Itsa Salon! I'm very picky and she listened and took the time to go slow & pay attention to what I was asking for. She was also willing to cut wavy/curly hair dry which is so key for good results! I'm still admiring the shape she created.

Best part of the salon? They welcome smiles and free faces, in any season and any year! Exactly the kind of place you need in your corner! #freedomfriendly freedom friendly :D

This was my first time going to Giuliana (and this salon) and she did a wonderful job. I'm growing out a buzz cut and she gave me a pixie that looks 10x better than what I was rocking. She's fun to talk to and answered my multiple hair questions.

The salon itself is easy to get to, very open and inviting, and there's a decent amount of parking available out front.

Today I had a color melt over my damaged blonde hair by Giuliana. Very satisfied with how my hair turned out today, and how gentle Giuliana was with my sensetive head. Had my hair professionally done once in the past ten years due to a traumatic experience that left me in pain for days from how rough a lady was on my head plus the results were not what I was looking to obtain. Finally got courage to try to find someone new this year. Has been a challenge these past few months to be able to find someone with lots of positive reviews, a great portfolio and didn't get ghosted after a few text messages like what happened from other places unfortunately. I love being blonde so much. Kayla did such a great job turning my dark brown hair to a blonde. People won't stop complimenting me! Definitely pricey $$$ but life is short and I've always wanted to be blonde.

Giuliana is amazing!!! I had a deep conditioning treatment for my very dry, “thirsty” hair. Dry and frayed prior to my appt, my hair feels soft and luscious. And Giuliana did such a cute job styling it- I feel beautiful as well as renewed and refreshed! I highly recommend booking an appt with her!

I have nothing but positive things to say. Giuliana has been wonderful! She has such an eye for coloring. She really puts in the extra effort to make sure you’re in love with your hair! Run to book with her!

I have blonde hair and it can be hard to find someone who does it the way I like it and Giuliana Papini always makes my hair look beautiful! My color and cut are always on point when she does it and my hair feels so healthy afterwards.

I followed my hair stylists here! It’s a beautiful clean salon. The staff is wonderful. They have a lot to offer. From stylists to facials and waxing. And a massage therapist. One stop shop for the ultimate self care day!
The parking lot is fantastic too.

Kayla is our girl! I fell in love with her from the day I sat in her chair. I am very picky with who does my hair, and I had the same hair dresser for years. I was scared when I had to change but Kayla made it so easy. She is her knowledgable, honest and creative. I recently started taking my daughter to her as well! We look forward to our days here. The salon vibes are warm and welcoming.

I really like coming here. I have been to lots of hair salons, and seen several stylists. Jennifer is awesome and always gets it perfect ! Beautiful salon. I would recommend every one to come by!

First time visiting and Marea did a fantastic job on my hair! After showing her a picture of what I wanted, she explained what she was going to do and why. I greatly appreciated this and it left me feeling I was in good hands. The cut turned out just as I wanted!

About a month ago.. I was forgotten about in some salon in Tacoma, while waiting for my appointment to happen.. the stylist overbooked and wasn’t well on their time management skills. I was told to leave after sitting on a waiting list, paying for supplies that the stylist suggested, and all for my appointment to never have my hair touched by them. I come onto this group page on Facebook asking for help and for a solution to my situation and there, I met the most wonderful, kind hearted, generous stylist I have ever met! Jennifer made sure she had the time scheduled to make me a more confident, happy person in my own skin. She absolutely transformed my hair!! And I am out of words to speak of how amazing she’s treated me since my situation. If you are looking for a hair wizard-> hit her up!

I had a new client apt with Sonja this morning. I’ve never left happier with my hair. I’ve been dark my entire life, so I set the apt with plans for an all over dark brown color. Like a complete difficult client I changed my mind when I got there, she was no nice and accommodating about it. The whole service was great, the color and cut; and especially the dialogue throughout the apt. I get really nervous about small talk, too many people, etc. Every apt I have like this I think about telling whoever I don’t want to talk, I just want to put in my headphones... shortly after I sat down my nerves settled and it was just easy. Jaime-the apprentice, (I hope I’m spelling that right) she’s easy to talk to, so she also made it easy. The whole aesthetic of the place has a calming element to it. Overall, just an “A++” in every regard.

Edit 11/2/20: I went for a second appointment with Sonia on 9/24/20. The service was still great, Sonia was still very nice. I would still recommend her. I have to be honest though, in that recommendation I would add that she is too expensive. I am very fair, so if I thought you’d be getting something from her that you weren’t from another stylist at a cheaper price, I’d say so. But I don’t think that’s the case. Like I said, she does a great job, but I don’t think it’s any better than her fellow stylists that have more reasonable prices. Therefore, I have since switched stylists. Please keep in mind pertaining to the service, my hair is very long. I’ve factored this in to everything.

I had my hair, beautifully done, by Jamie. She truly did an amazing job! She made sure my hair was the color I wanted. I have been to a high end salon a couple times and I was extremely dissatisfied... they refused to do what I asked of them and made my hair the colors I stated that I did NOT want. I am so glad I gave "itsa salon " a try! I am definitely going to be a returning customer! Thanks Jamie! You are amazing at what you do!

They are very accommodating and the salon is really nice.

Always happy with my results!!! Great location - Lisa has been doing my hair for awhile. She’s really good about trying something new if I want. And my hair always looks fabulous!!!

Kate is always the kindest human! She is so comforting, which I find to be such an important quailty in an esthetician.

I highly recommend this beautiful salon! Nicole is my absolute favorite! Everyone else I have met there is very nice! The salon is also in a great location and parking is never an issue for me.
