Attorney Patrick Duffy represented me when a young drunk driver injured me in a car accident. The offending driver had no insurance. He worked with me on a case where I was injured in an accident, and we worked together for a month until he asked if I had personal injury protection on my parents insurance, and when I didn’t, he thought it was too much work now and chose to stop responding to all of my texts and calls for over a month. Then after a month of me trying to get into contact with him with updates of my physical therapy appointments and such with no luck, I asked if I should get a new attorney, and he finally chose to say yeah “you should go hire one immediately...”. So unless your case is quick and simple and requires no actual work on his side at all, I wouldn’t recommend working with him.
