This place was my secret. Well not so much a secret anymore. But I still love it and try to clean up every time I visit. 💙
Pick up your trash people! Leave it better then you found it or don't come at all!!!!

No restrooms, careful were you park, and bring snacks. 😉

Great location for a cold plunge with some Puget Sound Plungers. Easy access to the water and GPS took us straight there!

Its a great area to go swimming, the water isnt too cold, does have alot of rocks so water shoes of some kind are recommended

I love nature! I was able to photograph a couple of Bald Eagles. There is really no parking at the park, but you can find parking nearby.

I haven't been here yet.Of all the time I lived in Tacoma city, I never known Of these remote beautiful locations..I gave it 5*s since I know its gonna be beautiful and I'm going there tomo now lol.. BTW u know someone has a lot of time on there hands when they Post 31 of the same pictures..smh.I was excited to see the different views but u only getta see same photo lol smh...well I promise to share my experience here tomorrow and promise not to Post 1000 pics of one view people lol smh.ijs that a crazy lol..smh

@zoebolognadancer and I check out diff lakes around the area and this was 1 of the best!! Not much parking but the water is warm and the people are friendly..

It's a really nice place to go during summer, but watch your feet while you swim there's a lot of rocks

Not a lot of shoreline, but is well kept. Good for swimming mostly, but fishing is possible.
