Terrific local hardware store! I love everyone who works here, they are friendly and helpful, and I have always found everything that I need - from warm Christmas lights that were somehow sold out everywhere else, to a full kit of stuff to clean, repair and repaint a shed.

They have everything, but more importantly, their staff are all super knowledgeable and willing to share their expertise if you ask them for advice on products or projects you're working on. It's easy for me to feel intimidated in stores like this because I don't know a lot about tools and hardware, but they are so friendly and welcoming of my questions. It's weird to say I love a hardware store, but there you have it.

Love, love, love this store. Was there today to have keys keys made and pick up some batteries. The guys who worked there are very nice and very helpful. Classic example of shop local- and support your local stores.
The man behind me was great buying a leather bound Tides manual- the Store may appear to be somewhat small, but if they don't have it you don't need it.

Very welcoming. Sausalito is an actual "port," so many nautical people come in for boating stuff...They have an impressive inventory.Great place - check out the famous 'Fisherman" at the entry.

The small, neighborhood hardware store has just about everything you could need. The staff is friendly and very helpful. For example, one staff member took 10 minutes to help me find the right 30 cent screw.

These guys are awesome! This place has so much stuff crammed into a very organized space. The prices are lower than most major hardware chains and they've got hard to find items too including a ton of boating hardware! Thank you guys for all your help on my project!

Ok, it ain't Home Depot in depth of inventory, but they do have rather useful breadth...and this is timely and helpful...especially when you don't want to get on the feeeway. They have a group of...well... at first glance it could be called "stonefaced"...but upon further examination with intense eavesdropping aids...would be revealed as colorful locals. Chris (artist/painter and long iron god) Charley (raconteur/fishkiller and stand up comedy legend)Bob (psychic performance artist/Ocean crossing Sailor) Al (horsetrader/ocean racer) and Lance (District Champ thumbwrestler/Reiki master) can be counted on for frothy Windies in the wonderful world of American hyperbole and some salty ribaldry with local flavoring. And there's some hardware.
