I have been going to her for over a year now and have 0 intentions of leaving.. she’s stuck with me 💁‍♀Not only is she so talented at what she does, her personality is out of this world. She is one of the kindest and funniest gals I know. She really listens to what you want and makes it happen. 10/10 recommend icon salon ❤

If I could give 100 stars I would. I’ve always found salon appointments really stressful, I get overstimulated with the noise and activity, then feel socially awkward speaking with the stylist for hours. I so appreciate friendly stylists and want to have a good connection, but sometimes I need to be able to shut down and enjoy some quiet time reading or browsing my phone. Hair appointments never felt like “self care” because my neurodivergent brain just made them so complicated. Courtney took away all the fear and anxiety and legitimately made it the best salon appointment I’ve EVER had. It finally felt like something I did for myself and I couldn’t be happier.

This is a beautiful salon. You feel amazing from the time you walk in the door! My stylist, Katie, is the best of the best! No one has ever made my hair beautiful the way that she does! I can’t wait to go back!

Courtney is great and my Brazilian blowout was exactly what I asked for. The salon decor, relaxing environment, coffee/bar menu, and neck massage are all icing on the cake!

Courtney is such a amazing stylist. The whole experience makes you feel relaxed and pampered. You can play your own music, or listen to her playlist. Enjoy a neck massage after getting shampooed.
She takes the time to listen to what you want and look up photos for inspiration.
If you want to feel like a true VIP and leave with amazing hair, I highly recommend ICON Salon.

Icon salon is my new go-to for anything hair related. I found Courtney on Instagram and loved the hair transformations she’d given her clients. When I went in for my appointment she was timely, nice and ready to do whatever it was I wanted. The salon has the most calming vibes and it was such a relaxing experience. I was so happy with my hair, it came out great! It’s the perfect length, color and style for summertime and I can’t wait for my next appointment. 10/10 would recommend!

Courtney's salon is more than just a salon, it's an experience! Courtney's client service skills are absolutely exceptional-- friendly, professional, and create a warm, welcoming environment. I require accommodations when I go to salons as I usually cover my hair from men for religious reasons so I stumbled across ICON in my search for a private/one-room salon. After going in once and explaining my situation, she literally purchased blinds for the windows to make the space even more private before my next appointment! I usually get tucked away in waxing rooms or even a closet once but Courtney went above and beyond to accommodate for my needs and never once made me feel like a burden. She has won me over as a regular client and I highly recommend her services and salon for anyone who is looking for a relaxing, quiet space and a friendly, professional stylist.

I was completely blown away by my experience at ICON! As soon as you walk into the salon, you feel like a VIP. The owner and artist, Courtney, made me feel pampered and taken care of. I had my choice of multiple delicious beverages, there was an iPad within reach of the chair that I was able to choose which music played in the salon, I even had the option to watch shows on any of the major streaming services which I will have to try next time... The space itself is stunning and private, when you're there you feel like you're somewhere important! And all of this great experience before even talking about how unbelievable my haircut is! Courtney is the true definition of an artist. She does not just give everyone the same copy-and-paste service. She listens to what you want and helps by asking you questions to come to a style that fits your exact needs and wants. I have unnaturally thick hair that is difficult to manage, but Courtney took my hair type into consideration while she was performing the service and gave me by far the best hair I've ever had while also making it extremely easy for me to manage and style myself in the future! ICON also sells some awesome hair care products that you can take home with you for very reasonable prices that I have fallen madly in love with (I personally suggest trying the Cactus shampoo by R+Co for those of you that want texture and volume, it works wonders). I genuinely cannot recommend ICON and Courtney enough... I am her client for life and if you go here, I guarantee you will be too. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Courtney for giving me such a wonderful experience and making me feel the best I've ever felt about myself! 5 STARS!

When it comes to getting a haircut, that's all I've ever done, just get a hair cut...but a friend told me about this new salon in Puyallup that just opened and said "you just have to try it". So I booked an appointment on line, showed up about 10 minutes early which is my custom, and was welcomed into a space which was truly ICONIC.

Courtney the owner met me at the door with a smile and a hand shake and with in 30 seconds I was in the chair, listening to music, being offered fresh coffee/water, and being asked about my style preferences, and what I wanted for my hair today???

The interior is small, but not cramped, it is tastefully decorated and elegantly furnished, the day I was there the sun was shining in warming the room, it was delightful. Courtney went right to "work" and before you know it, I was looking in the mirror at the best hair style I have ever had! Notice I didn't say hair cut? Courtney is an artist, a true stylist.

I'm recommending ICON Salon to all of my friends and will be a repeat customer there for life!

One last thing about Courtney, many stylists can be either pushy or impatient, Courtney is a gentle and kind person, who truly seemed to care about what I wanted. Her soft spoken, easy going approach was very comforting. I felt right at home

Far and beyond the most enjoyable experience you could have at a hair salon. The studio is clean and cozy, and Courtney always greets me with kindness and a smile. Courtney also offers beverages, as well as having a Spotify account hooked up so that you can play whatever music you’d like. While maintaining such a cool and friendly vibe, she is still very proffessional and takes pride in her work which is undeniably great.

CJ has been doing my balayage and cut for years and is the best! She always gives me the perfect shade of blonde and her studio is really cute!

It always comes out super nice and smooth, she really knows what she’s doing! I’ve come in a few times to get my hair colored and she always gets it EXACTLY how I want it! 💕
