This was a great find!

The store has a variety of cool avant garde clothing and some Benetton shirts. The owner is extremely nice.

Benetton took money from the owner, which is why he still has the sign there.

We had a nice time shopping here. The collection of items is different from what you find in an average store. The owner was friendly and helpful.

Very friendly but a scam artist. We were told everything was 50% off. Not only was I charged full price the maker of the coat I purchased sells them at full price on their website for $149, i was charged $300. He is very slick at hiding what you are being charged. He has a separate machine to run your card and it is not where you can see the amount. He is a master of distraction!

Benetton 😂 the stock in this shop is horrendous tacky cheap and nasty, absolutely not Benetton. As for the owner, as others have stated he is very rude and deserves zero stars. AVOID

I wish I could give a 0 rating because it doesn't even deserve a 1 star! The owner is the rudest I have ever seen, EVER! When I said I would think about the purchase, he told me not to come back and that he didn't want to sell me anything. When I left, I was so puzzled that I went back to tell him how unprofessional he was. He continued to say that he didn't want to sell me anything anyway, when he was actually pleading with me and my friend to buy something 5 minutes earlier. I have no idea how he is still in business. I actually liked the jacket I tried and would have went back to purchase. He was a total jerk! Don't waste your time, energy or good mood going into this place, especially if you don't purchase anything.

I went in excited to see the Benetton sign. I saw only one t shirt that said Benetton. We took it off the shelf to look at it and the man attending the store told us to put it back. He said he was tired of folding clothes. Bizarre.

Very rude owner and there were no actual Benetton clothes. When we left we heard him mumble something like a curse word under his breath.

Rude owner/sales rep. Indifferent to his customers, felt entitled and knows nothing about running a retail business! Also, probably high on some sort of drug! We asked him about price of an item ( one item) and he said I can tell you’re not going to buy so just leave! We have never been asked to leave a store!!!!!

Very rude owner, gave us bad looks and unprofessional comments . Also, the store is branded as Benetton but has almost nothing that is from the Benetton brand. Worst shopping experience in the US.

Nope. I can't comprehend how this store is still open. It's dated, mismanaged and irrelevant.

I will celebrate when another store opens at this address. The owner is so rude the reviews are really fun to read. It's incomprehensible how someone could own this store and behave the way they do.

We had a horrible experience yesterday at this place. My wife and I were browsing through some winter clothes while the owner was busy with other customer. Once they left this old man started mentioning prices for anything we touch. When I decided not to go forward with the scarf, he said thank you very much and started mumbling in Arabic. Within a few moments, he said thank you very much, I need to close the store now. Yella, yella (meaning go, go). I've never felt this rude at any place of business. Benetton is everywhere in the world but this gave us such a bad impression that I may never buy from that company again.

Horrible experience! I am a big fan of Benetton and was very excited to see a Benetton store in the US ( most got closed down). However, looks like it’s just the name since most staff sold there is not by Benetton brand. That would be ok if not the absolutely rudest and aggressive owner! I tried a couple of things and when he realized I am not going to buy them, he got extremely upset and tried to kick us out from the store! I am not sure where he is from, but he was very discriminative - he told us we are not welcome to his store if we don’t buy here. My friend was still browsing around but the owner repeatedly asked us to leave (since apparently “he didn’t want to fold clothes we looked at”, he even told her not to touch anything! I am really surprised how in the world store like this still exists in a place like Sausalito. Surreal

This is not Benetton! But worth the owner is full of discrimination, if you NOT from were he is from, good luck getting service from this guy, he will NOT let you try anything if you are mot planing to buy anything! Me and my family come to this Sausalito 2-4 time every year, we love this area and neighborhood, he DEFINITELY DOSNT BELONG THERE! Horrible Customer Service! Discrimination! Not Benetton! Rude! Unprofessional! I will definitely write to Benetton as well ...
