I’ve bought shoes from this shop for several years and have always enjoyed their selection. No more. I bought a pair of shoes there for my niece in mid March. She showed them to me last week, and the soles had worn down to actual holes at the balls and heels of the shoe. I’ve never seen such a thing. I went back to the store, and the owner refused to believe me!! I was very disappointed in the service and that I wasn’t taken seriously, particularly after being a dedicated client for years. I won’t return.
