When we were looking for living room furniture, we visited Ethan Allen because of their quality of product. From the time we first met Brian Combs he greeted us warmly with no pressure, but offered his services even if it was just a question. Brian worked with my husband and I with professionalism and respect for each of our ideas of what we were trying to create. Brian listened, brought ideas forward and created a palette for our upholstery, pillows and window seat covers that were beautiful and exactly what we were looking for! He has an excellent eye for colors that blend and coordinate along with style of furniture to create a room that looks like it came out of a magazine! I can't tell you how many friends and family who have come to our home and said that very comment. Our room is warm, inviting, tranquil. We love it! Brian's customer service is outstanding! He was in regular communication with us with our order. The entire transaction went smoothly. When there was a question about our chair selections, he conferred with his colleagues for their opinions to help us decide on style selection. His graciousness, knowledge and respect for the client were over and above! I will always come back to Brian Combs at Ethan Allen for furniture or decorating needs. I have and will continue to refer my friends and family to him. We are extremely happy with our purchase and quality of craftsmanship and service from Ethan Allen.

We love our new Ethan Allen sofa. The service provided was exceptional. So Young Mack drove all the way north to help us decide whether to purchase a new chair or reupholster two older EA chairs to go with our sofa. It is a thrill to come home and finally have the living room we have always wanted.

I could not be more pleased with the Ethan Allen furniture I recently purchased for a new small apartment. I had a wonderful experience working with Diane Nicolson at the Corte Madera store in CA. I could not have selected the furniture pieces on my own or the fabric. The pieces Diane selected and the fabric were great. Diane made sure everything went smoothly and it was the best furniture shopping experience I have ever had. The furniture arrived early. The scheduler was terrific as was the two delivery persons. We received excellent design guidance from Diane Nicholson, a design professional at Ethan Allen. She was very knowledgeable about the product line, was a good communicator and always followed up in a timely manner. We had an excellent experience with Ethan Allan. SoYoung Mack was our designer. It was so helpful to have her come to our home with samples and help pick out everything from the rug to furniture. Her design aesthetic was perfect. We also did not feel pressure to purchase more than we needed, and she listened to our preferences and concerns. In addition, the delivery guys were great as well as the woman coordinating the delivery. The wait time was also very reasonable for custom made furniture and handmade rug. We just completed redoing our living room with Ethan Allen’s expert Designer, Cynthia Braun. Cynthia’s outstanding design skills and product knowledge were only surpassed by her wonderful sense of humor, hard work on our behalf and her patience. We love the Corte Madera store and feel very fortunate to have it located so conveniently for us. The delivery service is outstanding. They arrive as planned with good communication. They expertly delivered a large sofa and all other pieces with truly white glove treatment. We are 200 percent pleased with our purchases!

We worked with Vanessa Labriola. She was very efficient and knowledgeable of her inventory. We saw and bought the Paramount Sofa 76 for our Bedroom remodel. It arrived earlier than we though and our remodel had just began and we had no space for it. Ethan Allen was able to store it for an additional 30 days. We appreciated this very much. It was delivered and left in the box so it wouldn't get dirty from the work going on in the house. We love it and it is a statement piece in our newly remodeled bedroom.

We worked with SoYoung Mack on several of our home renovations. She’s wonderful! Her keen expertise in design and color and her willingness to listen to our needs and concerns made it an absolute pleasure to work with her. Our Ethan Allen furniture transitioned seamlessly into our new space. We look forward to working with her in our future home projects.

Just finished a complete family room refurnishing after a remodel. Ethan Allen provided all the furniture and we had an exceptional experience with them. The quality of the furniture is high, superb customer service, and excellent value given the quality. Their free design services were essential and probably the highlight, since we needed a lot of help putting our more nebulous vision into practice. Our designer, Brendan Blakewell-Kopp, was TERRIFIC!!! Very skilled and helpful with ideas but not pushy. Always looking to see how he could best match the plan to our tastes. Can't say enough good things about Brendan and his design services - anything we needed, he would just take care of. We had never been an Ethan Allen customer before, but now it will be our go-to home furnishings store.

With the assistance of Bren, we have had a complete upgrade to our living space. The exceptional advice and the quality of the living room and dining room furniture is remarkable, and made in the USA. Not only were the products chosen for the indoor space, but also to compliment our outdoor space. We love the fabrics which were chosen for durability and for beauty. The wood is art in itself. My new sofa looks great and the size fits beautifully in the space. Delivery personnel took great care but unfortunately there were a few spots that needed cleaning. Staff at Ethan Allen called immediately to arrange for a tech to come and remove spots. That tech did a terrific job in removing stains and gave me tips for spot cleaning. Overall the purchase of this sofa was painless, thanks to Mollie. Would definitely purchase more products in the future.

Diane Nicolson, the design consultant we worked with at Ethan Allen, was a godsend. We bought a home in Oregon and all we had were pictures from the multiple listing website and a rough floorplan. Decorating is not our strong suit so we knew we needed the help and expertise of a designer. We walked into Ethan Allen after cycling through all of the various stores and had a the good fortune to meet Diane. Our furniture arrived this week and it’s beautiful. We couldn’t be happier with the sofa, loveseat, beautiful area rug and reading chair. The quality, the comfort and the style are perfect.

After downsizing we came back to Ethan Allen for our second set of living room furniture. Our first set lasted 15 years and held up very well, but we were ready for a new look. Diane Nicolson, our design consultant, helped us quickly hone in on the best choice for our preferred style and feel. First, with her guidance, we picked the sofa style in the showroom. We then sent her a picture of our living room with coffee table, fireplace surround, and artwork and she brought over a great selection of fabrics and rugs to consider. After a few iterations we decided on sofa material, contrasting pillows, and an area rug for under the coffee table. We are eagerly awaiting our order so that we can put the final touches on our new home. Diane is a fantastic designer who can help anyone pull together a beautiful room with minimum time and stress.

Diane Nicolson is an absolutely brilliant and most helpful Ethan Allen designer. She was extremely insightful, helping me select perfect furniture designs and beautiful fabrics to go along with them.
She also manage the whole delivery process to make sure it was perfect.

Diane was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in making suggestions for me on the purchase of my new bedroom set. She walked me through all of my options and actually took the time to visit my home for measurements and to see what color schemes would work best.
