Zen Healyng

I just recently received a massage/healing from Jen this afternoon. She has a kind warm and welcoming presence that immediately felt comfortable to me. She is an incredible listener and very intuitive healer. I left the session feeling a massive shift in my energy and where I chose to place it. I know it sounds crazy, but I also felt a massive shift in my relationship and my boundaries within it. She gave me tools to use to navigate my own personal boundaries and resources to support coming back to my center and regulating my nervous system. Would highly recommend Jen and feel grateful to have had received her magic.
