The Trident

My family and I visited in late December for lunch. Our server was great, and so was the food. I highly recommend you try the calamari (if you can), it was amazing! Like this was top 10 of on my calamari list lol. They have a lot of great options, and everything we tried was good. Beautiful location, and great views whether you sit inside or outside of the restaurant. Definitely worth a visit if you find yourself in Sausalito!

The Trident is a very nice place to eat at! Their food is really good and fresh. I obviously recommend the fish. Their service is really nice and they gave us food quickly. The atmosphere is nice and next to the ocean. Overall, I really like the place!

I haven’t even ordered food yet but from the menu, ambiance, aesthetic, views, location, and knowledgeable staff… Dita’s has gone above and beyond. Alvaro infused cacao and dark chocolate into the vodka for the espresso martini. Loved it, not too sweet!!! Idk if it’ll be a staple item but I love the creative freedom they gave him. If this is indicative of their food, then my gawd, there is a gawd.

The food is delicious! I had the salmon dish and shrimp cocktail appetizer. The staff was exceptional! I felt like a VIP. They placed me in a comfy booth in front of a window where I watched a seal pop his head out of the water. The restaurant is right on the main strip with shopping and beautiful water views!

Awesome ambience, food and cocktails (Tequila Sunrise is celebrating 50 years and they donate a portion to Sea Lion conservation). Rainy days are perfect either indoor or outdoor deck!

My wife and I celebrated our 22 wedding Anniversary at The Trident. What an experience. The view, the ambiance, the food was all top notch. The drinks were made to perfection. Despite the windy conditions it was a memorable anniversary for the both of us.

Nice ambience and nice food. Most importantly the view is very scenic. Most expensive people visit here and is one of the costliest restaurant in SFO.

Had a great time at The Trident! The food was great! I ordered the red chilaquiles,, and they were perfect, crunchy at every bite. The eggs were so nice and fluffy. We sat outside and the view was spectacular! My two friends said, their food was delicious and our waiter, was excellent. Had a wonderful time with friends at the Trident.

We stopped in for lunch and was seated outside on the heated patio. Though we were seated against the wall and couldn’t feel the heat, it was a sunny day. A little chilly, but not uncomfortable.
The clam chowder was delicious and the white fish ceviche fresh and tasty! If you’re a fan of Buena Vista’s Irish coffee, this is their sister restaurant.
The inside decor is very interesting. Overall a great place to stop for a bite if you’re in Sausalito.

Stopped in here for lunch after checking out the Golden Gate Bridge. The food was delicious and the service was great. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and got a table we requested over a different one. The menu has a good variety but not overwhelming. Will definitely come back the next time I’m in town.

Sent here by locals, while looking for a mythically good Bloody Mary, and they did not disappoint. Generously poured, in a pint glass with a lemon, a lime, and some celery, this Bloody Mary truly satisfied. Great view of the bay, in this quiet haunted little Hamlet of yore.

So many wonderful restaurants and shops in and around the harbour area...

The location is the best. This is followed by amazing service. The food menu has changed over time. It's still very good, but not as excellent as you would expect for the prices. Room for improvement. I had the seafood pasta. It lacked flavor. Poke is excellent 👌

Good food , great views, dog friendly.
Took the ferry over from San Francisco on a Saturday and walked right up and got a table no problem. There was only my wife, our dog and me. If you are a big group I would recommend making reservations.

I love Sausalito! Any time I’m here I always make sure to end the day at Trident with its magnificent cityscape view of SF. The seafood is by far the freshest I’ve ever had, besides that one time me and granny was stuck out on the pacific and we had to make due.

When you walk in I love to sit by the far right just along the corner of the restaurant which gives me unobstructed view while I devour my meal and relax to the sway of the water.

Amazing. My love took me for my birthday. The food was perfect and there was a great live band and awesome decor. I had the cioppino which even came with a half of a Dungeness crab and two large perfectly toasted pieces of bread for dipping. Must try! It's their signature dish but beware it's alot of food for most but it was perfect for me haha. 💚

The weather was perfect for a bay side lunch at Trident. The seafood options were fresh and delicious, and three of us shared the dishes. It was a lovely lunch with my high school friends from Shanghai!! Cheers!

The restaurant has one of the best view on the sea in Sausalito area
Food is good and has variety of seafood and chicken
There was no wait time on Sunday
Service was nice and prices was between 40-60 for person
And the restaurant has value so tryout will not worry about parking

Went around lunch time with some girlfriends in late May. Sat on the patio next to the water and had a great view of the city. The Bloody Mary was excellent with quite the presentation!

We had an amazing waiter who told us some fun hidden gems about the history and architecture of the joint and some of the famous regular patrons of the establishment.

Good food, great atmosphere (look at the ceiling and all the woodwork) and friendly staff!!
