Tried to order shoes here because I was told the shoes were really good quality. I used a gift card that my sister bought me to get one pair and then I paid 150$ for a second pair. I waited 4 months and was told each time I emailed that it was delayed in delivery. Then I was ghosted by the customer support email. I finally got a hold of them on instagram and they told me their email and management of the company had changed. When I emailed them they told me that because their management had changed they could not honor the order or refund me. I had to call my credit card company to get my money back. I had to tell my sister to do the same since she bought the gift card. They just told me I could order again with a discount. I didn’t think it was worth paying for again. Extremely disappointing. I wouldn’t buy from them
