Perry's on Magnolia

Really neat place nestled in the Redwoods. Not some chain restaurant. Very nice server and the hostess was friendly and welcoming. Very clean restrooms up the stairs. There is a bar and indoor seating for meals and also outdoor seating under the Redwoods. Nice stream next to the restaurant also. Food was great. Spaghetti was phenomenal. Clam chowder not too impressive. The garlic toast was to die for and the salad was crisp and fresh. Onion strings were delicious and fun to eat, as it was also a huge amount! Really cute place away from all of the tourists craziness.

Hiked through trails after work and then sat at cozy bar and devoured a delicious arugula spinach beet and goat cheese salad! Ate every bite of this hearty flavorful and healthy meal. The server at bar was a dear. She was welcoming and friendly.

Who knew that 5pm on a Wednesday night could be so lively!? We had a group of 6, including a 2 year old. We sat in a huge booth and had appetizers, drinks and dinner. All were excellent. I had a good Caesar Salad and the Salmon Setup--perfectly dressed salad (not too wet) and perfectly done salmon (not overcooked).

We also had Buffalo Wings, onion soup, chicken, artichoke hearts...all great.

But boy, is Perry's popular!

Wonderful place, a ton of seating, great atmosphere, excellent service, delicious food, generous portions (and pours). Great place to take a breath and debrief with my client after running around open houses all day. Sit under the giant redwoods and take it all in.

I have been going to Perry’s on Magnolia for the past two years every Saturday. I usually get a magnolia salad with Romain lettuce and a piece of the most delicious salmon you could ever imagine on the top. The salad is delicious the staff there for the most part is wonderful although you do get a grouchy waiter now and then, we stay for several hours and we have a great time drinking coffee and eating delicious food and I would highly recommend it

I have to confess! I am extremely bias about this place. Food is great, management and staff are very pleasant and accommodating. As to atmosphere it has it, both inside and out. Weather permitting, it is a treat to sit outside the restaurant amongst the redwoods. For me, this is my favorite Perry's!

Perry's is my favorite place to go in Larkspur. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, the atmosphere is amazing nestled in the redwoods and they serve great food. They haven't changed the menu since I moved to Larkspur a few years ago. The have a great salad selection and bar.

The setting took this Austinite's breath away. After seeing this place on Google Maps, I knew we had to at least drive by. We had more time than expected on the day we arrived to the area, so we were able to visit Perry’s on a Sunday early evening. The surroundings are breathtaking and calming. The service was impeccable. We ordered the filet mignon and Beet, Arugula, and Spinach Salad; both were amazing. (The artichokes weren't my favorite, but I've never ordered them elsewhere, so have nothing to compare.) The goat cheese croquets were a delicious surprise on the salad. So good! I will go back when we are in the area again.

I’m not a huge fan of the chain or New American in general, but this is particular Perrys is one of my go to spots. Enjoying some nice drinks and tasty bites under large Sequoia? Redwood? trees is simply magical. I’m sure having a nice dinner under these trees at night is too. Service is always friendly.

Delicious food. The filet mignon was quality meat, not chewy. It melted in your mouth. The clam chowder is one of the best, with less potatoes, less thickness, and lots of clams! The salmon was delicious.

Definitely get a reservation if you're going to squeeze in for brunch on weekends. Wait times if you're able to get on the list can get up to 2 hours (which would still be worth it in my opinion). Personal preference is to get seated on the back patio... unless you don't mind vehicles getting close to you in which case the rest of the tables at the front of the restaurant straddle the driveway, next to and underneath the gorgeous redwood trees along Magnolia Dr. If you've never been to Perry's, you should be more than happy with the food quality & staff service enough to care not where you were seated. You'll walk away telling friends about this gem and show off your food pictures!

Fabulous California Benedict with delicious potatoes - and then Apple Betty for dessert. Warm apple crumble with tart apples and vanilla ice cream. I’m going to dream about it! The service was fantastic as well and did I mention you’re surrounded by redwoods?

This is my favorite go-to place. I moved here from SF in 2020 in the middle of COVID. I was taken out to lunch at Perry's outside under the redwood trees. I was sold! Since then, I'm a regular. Chris the manager is fantastic and very welcoming, as well as Hannah and Miguel. Everyone on the staff is great, but I can't remember all the names and they do rotate around. I like the salad menu the best and the blacked salmon on top is great. I have had a few birthday parties and they are always accommodating and it's festive. Cheers!

Always have great food here. Been back a number of times and never had any issues. Love the steak sandwich, cornbread, chili.

We showed up just before closing, ordered a table full of appetizers, and everything was delicious. We shut down the place, and the waitstaff was great. We never felt rushed to leave.

Lovely place! Sat on the patio out back, surrounded by trees, away from the street. Heating lamps, low music, great food and wine. Excellent service, can't wait to be back.

Sat outdoors amongst groupings of Redwoods with a large family group to celebrate a birthday. Service was excellent. The staff came to sing Happy Birthday with us. They supplied a piece of cake with a candle for the celebration. We enjoyed the food and had a great time. We were a group of 11... ordered alot from soup to desert and coffee and spent slightly over $500. Good times!

Wanted to give a shout out to the awesome staff at Perrys! Miguel, Zoë, Hannah, and Wendy continuously make our day. Hands down the best place to stop for a great bite and a cocktail in larkspur. I recommend the old fashioned and wings. Great ambiance and all around amazing experience. Thanks guys we'll see you next time!

Myself and my partner took her mother to this wonderful restaurant on mothers day evening and I truly can not say enough of or about my our fantastic experience at this establishment our server hostess was a wonderful person by the name of Hannah and she cared for us to every request and she did it with a smile Thank you Hannah you made the night and then there was the food absolute the way it should have been perfect for all of the above reasons I will return and I will say for all to go excellent Thank you Perry's my first impression was the best made Mother's day Perfect

The outdoor seating is cozy in the mountains. The indoor bar has a glass ceiling....super cool 😎
