This shop is great! My daughters car had a few issues and Brian and his crew did an amazing job. When searching for the oil leak they actually wanted to test it with a dye to make sure they knew where the leak was coming from instead of selling me a bunch of repairs that we didn't need. Everyone was friendly and very clear on what was being done to the car. They were also clear on the cost and the timeline to repair it. I would not hesitate to go back if our cars needed repair. Les (mechanic) was amazing... caught a mistake by previous mechanic leaving plug out ( different company)... saving a potential transmission blow-up, that had just been replaced! Griff the service writer is an amazing communicator, and did an amazing job as well!

Part of my exhaust system was stolen while I was shopping in Spanaway. An emergency fix made it possible for me to get to Bucky's Puyallup/South Hill. They were very courteous and were able to get my car back on the road after a short wait. My car is old and in need of retirement, but they were willing to do the work to make the exhaust system safe to use instead of just telling me how bad everything is and trying to charge for a bunch of things that will have to last a while longer. I would definitely recommend them based on how they treated me and my car at this visit.

Took my van in to see why my dash looked like a Christmas tree. Griffin is a Rockstar! He explained things so that I could understand but not in a way that was condescending. Very professional and well spoken!

They put in my brakes at half the cost and only took about one hour. There's no appointment needed. Gentleman at the front desk was nice and good spirited.

These guys are truly amazing! They are Very knowledgeable, and give top-tier customer service! I have had multiple cars worked on at this location and have always been taken care of like I was family. I would and do highly recommend this place to all! You will NOT find a better group of guys anywhere else they are the type that truly care about the community and show it time and time again from helping neighboring businesses to giving kids a quarter for candy in the lobby. My son loves Griffin and gets so excited to see him!

Brian and his team did a great job on my car even on my new car. They go above and beyond expectations then my last experience many years ago. At that time they most have had a bad office person and few bad appales. However things has made a quick turn around because their service is much better now. They fixed my radiator give me full details to where i can understand. They also was able to work with me on price. Because things are not cheap these days. With prices going off the roof these days. The discount they offered was helpful. They also asked if I run into any issue to come back and they will take look at it. All smiles and great communication. They gave me economy options and didn't push costly unneeded services. Got me in same day each time. Thanks so much Brain I love your personality and people skills. My last review I had on here compared to how they are running things over here has an incredible improvement then ever before. They know me it is as we are family now. Was on my way out of town when my car started making noises 😭 They immediately came to listen and knew what was wrong immediately. Got the part ordered on the spot and got me on my way, amazing service!

Damian and his crew are amazing. Brought in our Kia Sorento thinking we had a blown engine. They could have easily diagnosed it with that because of the condition, which would have costed thousands... Instead they were honest and I only had to replace a radiator, water pump and thermostat. Saved us thousands. Had the car back next day. We cant thank you guys enough!!!!

This shop is fantastic! They gave me trustworthy advice on the best ways to fix my vehicle. They also explained the differences in parts and mufflers and showed me all of my options...on top of everything, they gave me a great price! Bucky's is definitely worth 5 stars!

I have come to this shop a few times over the last couple years and have never left disappointed. They have been fair and honest when it comes to repairs and cost . I just wanna say thank you to the staff and techs ! You guys were able to fix a problem with my passenger side door that I had been avoiding dealing with for years but unfortunately it began to cause other issues within my vehicle . Customer service was great ! They were attentive and kept me updated over the course of time that they were working on my vehicle . My passenger side door is now working again and without damage during repair which I greatly appreciate! Will return for future repairs . Thank you again !

They changed my plugs,wires, swapped out a bad cylinder coil, and EFI service in 2.5 hours without an appointment. Exactly how long he said it would take. They did a great job.

Randy and the shop were super helpful. Informative and honest about the work that was needed to be done today, and what was needed for future repairs. We had our baby with us and the guys got us all ready to go in a short time and called us to update on the whole process and when it was done. They went above and beyond and helped me with a license plate screw that’s I couldn’t get off on my back plates. All of them are friendly and professional. Prices were great too!

It was my first time coming here and I know absolutely nothing about cars besides how to drive them, they took care of me well and fixed a lot of problems with my car to make sure I’m prepared for the winter. It was expected for me to leave my car over night but I got a call within a few hours that my car was done and ready to go. Great work ! Definitely recommend my car has never ran better

Went in for an oil change and had a great experience. Randy was nice and helpful. My car uses a filter that isn't just the standard. He called to let me know before doing the change. They were quick and efficient and helpful in explaining the difference between the filters. Will definitely be back for future changes.
