I went to BellaSmiles after not being in for an embarrassing amount of time, and was afraid of what to expect. The staff were amazing and the Doc was fantastic. Jade, Angela & Heather made the whole interaction seamless and painless. From setting the initial appointment, to making payment and setting up follow up appointments, Jade & staff does it all. 10/10 recommend BellaSmiles.

I needed some treatment done on my teeth, which I was slightly nervous for due to my previous experiences at other offices. I was seen by Dr. Chien and his assistant Anita, and for every procedure I was very comfortable and barely even felt the anesthetic! They did an amazing job, I would highly recommend Bella Smiles!

Dr Chen did an awesome job on my crown. He's a very pleasant person, very communicative, and knows what he is doing. Very pleasant staff at this place. All the assistants I have had , have been very good. I highly recommend this dentist.

The quality of service is another level up from most other dental practices in the area. The staff is well trained and seem very comfortable with the procedures. The assistants are well trained and know their duties. Hygienist Angela is extremely capable and it shows. Dr Nigam is highly knowledgeable and skilled. He has an incredibly easy way of explaining the oral health issues. Dr. Chen is also very good at his work.

Always a pleasure to banter with the staff. Doctors very informative on procedure and support personnel were very friendly. Extremely pleased with all crowns. Appreciated the emails to be kept in the know as to appointments. Look forward to semiannual cleanings.

Wonderful staff! The dental assistant that took care of me I believe her name was “Kimmy” was warm and friendly and didn’t make me feel embarrassed about not having the best teeth!.

I started going to Bella Smiles when I had an emergency repair needed and they got me in the same day. I have had a total of 4 appointments with them since and I would not go anywhere else. The team here at BellaSmiles have completely changed my dental experience. I have terrible dental anxiety that required me to go under general anesthesia for all of my dental work. I wasn’t even able to get a dental cleaning. After coming to BellaSmiles, I regularly undergo dental procedures with only laughing gas. Dr.Chien is the most gentle, patient, and understanding dentist I have ever had. I genuinely don’t think that a more compassionate dentist exists.The hygienists and dental assistants are friendly and competent. Due to my autism related oral sensory issues, dental treatment can be difficult, but I have never felt shamed or judged at this clinic. The front desk staff are helpful and the billing is always handled well. I highly recommend this clinic.

Absolutely love the doctors and the staff here. Dr. Nigum and Dr. Chien are some of the best, most professional, most knowledgeable, and kindest dentists I've ever met with. The staff are incredibly friendly and I think I found my dental office for life. I'll recommend anyone that needs dental work to go here. Very good experience! Had been quite sometime since I had been to the dentist, so needless to say I was a bit uneasy. But I found the staff to be very gentle and comforting. I had to have a tooth pulled and they were able to get me in the next day. The whole time the Doctor and assistant explained everything they were doing. Felt like I was in very good hands. I will definitely return for any of my dental needs.

Last year I had to have gum surgery. It went far better than I expected. They were very patient in explaining each stage and kept a close eye on the recovery. I have never had a negative experience there.
