Bungalow 44

Our entire dining experience was excellent, from the time we arrived until we left. The appetizers were very unique and delicious; the main dishes were excellent as well as the plating and presentation.

Some of the best food I've had at a restaurant lately! Service wasn't the best, but I think the servers were covering too many tables.

Like most of the restaurants in Mill Valley, Bungalow was very enjoyable. I had the grilled prawn salad with fries on the side. It was very good. My husband had a good salad too with the Butternut Squash soup. He liked it a lot! The soup was a little too sweet for me. The drinks were fantastic and the service was great. Definitely will go back and try the fried chicken which I heard was the best!

The server was very friendly and attentive.
Flatbread and hummus had a bit of spicy flavor which i didn’t expect but i loved it a lot!
Oysters need to be cleaned a bit more, I kept getting skin(?) or stone in the shell. But overall amazing experiences, and definitely will come back !

Absolutely fantastic experience. Delicious food and drinks in a lovey outdoor patio. We had the pasta bolognese, the short ribs, and a salmon filet. All were absolutely fantastic! The short ribs with the horseradish mashed potatoes were prob my favorite. The old fashioned was delicious too.
I can’t say enough about how accommodating they were with our lack of reservation and dietary restrictions. SO great!

Probably the best happy hour in Mill valley 5 to 6:00 p.m. The golden hour of happy hours- $1 oysters on the half shell!

Excellent stop in Marin county. Mill Valley is adorable and the food was fantastic. Great service as well. There was a minor issue with one of our entrees, not enough to keep it from being devoured, but they comped the entree without any prompting. Fantastic outdoor patio. We cannot wait to go back.

One of our favorite places in Marin! This was our second time, and tonight we enjoyed the filet mignon and pork tenderloin, both of which were cooked perfectly. We are big french fry fanatics, and these were amazing together with the garlic aioli.

Had a lovely evening at Bungalow 44. The food was excellent - had the Ahi Crudo, Lamb Shank, and Icecream Sunday - would recommend.

We ordered the hamachi, brussels sprouts, mac n cheese, and the short ribs. The cocktail menu was ono and creatively assembled. We had a splendid time; it was nice to eat out again.

Typical Mill Valley vibe, but it's usually a good mix of locals and visitors. Food and drinks are on par for a well established restaurant, service is friendly and helpful.

Omg if I could give more than 5 stars I would! This place is awesome. It was my birthday and my husband took me here. It was recommended by our friends. The food was great the service was EXCELLENT and for sure we will come back! We enjoyed everything. Our server was Rebecca and she was AWESOME!!! YOU ROCK REBECCA!!!!

We loved this place! Sooo many delicious things to choose from! We chose to order multiple appetizers and small plates and were not disappointed with any of our selections. Our waiter, Juan Carlos, was GREAT……knowledgeable, personable, …..all of the things you hope for in a great server. We highly recommend this restaurant.

Just a gorgeous art-deco inspired atmosphere, with brass lamps, and beautiful bar, and rows of black leather booths. I appreciated that the experience felt swanky but that the menu was totally not pretentious or overpriced. All our meals were hearty, delicious and satisfying. Our waitress was chatty and well-informed about the menu, service was efficient. I especially liked the non-alcoholic “mock tails”—the Blue Crush with jalapeño and ginger beer was AWESOME! Would definitely go again. Perfect place to celebrate my winter birthday!

A great place for a second date when you really like her... Also a nice place to see and be seen by other potential dates.

Busy, viby spot. Great food, solid cocktails. Get this butterscotch chocolate fig dessert business… delish!

We celebrated one of my son's birthday. We really enjoyed their cocktails. Then the Hamachi poppers and Ahí appetizers were delicious. We had the lamb shank, chicken paillard, Mac & cheese and the gnocchi and they were all very flavorful and prepared deliciously. We look forward to going back and trying some of the other dishes.

Great food just very small portions for the prices.

One of the better meals I've had! The shrimp and grits were out of this world, so tender and juicy, and the sauce was perfect. I had the blueberry chili soda, which was phenomenal, though the alcoholic version my fellow diner had was less so (too much alcohol).

The sticky toffee cake was easily one of the best desserts I've ever had, I cannot recommend it enough.

Great ambiance. Tent for outside dining is so charming!!! I hope they keep this idea.
