Two weeks ago, my car wouldn’t start, and I was 30 miles from home. Graff’s was the closest shop I could tow it to. They did an amazing job. John took great care of me, figured out the issue, ordered the part, and repaired by mid-afternoon. Amazing shop and service!

My car abruptly needed a starter replaced and everywhere was booked solid for a week or more out. Understandably, I called around and was recommended Graffs. John answered and despite being busy and having some people out, he took my all information just to get me into the system to see if he could squeeze me in. He told me Friday but he would try for sooner if he could, (I called Monday) and I had my vehicle back the next evening. I really appreciated the quick turn around, the time John took on the phone to go over what my vehicle needed and included pricing for it, and being able to pick up my vehicle the next evening was wonderfully unexpected. Thank you so much! I was also very happy that my car started again. 😆

I went to quite a few mechanics in the gig harbor area before Graffs was recommended to me. He has been a God send. Not only good at what he does, he's able to give you several options when fixing your car from cheapest to most expensive with an explanation for all. Never tries to push anything on you. Honest, friendly affordable and just all around great!

Josh and his crew are the nicest, most compassionate and honest mechanics I've ever met. Josh has been a life-saver helping me decide what to fix now on my old rig, and what can wait. Grafts is our go-to place when we need any repairs done to our cars. Long story short. They are practicing social distancing, but was able to talk with Josh via phone to get my question answered. And he repaired my son's car but it was having issues after he took it home. Problem? Needed a new battery. Josh is an honest mechanic you can trust that he'll take care of you.

Really happy with the quality of service from Graffs. They service all of our cars, and have done so for years. Given that everyone knows they are good, there is usually a wait to get it, and to get the car back, but its worth it. Solid gold Gig Harbor business.

They replaced my radiator for $100 less than they originally estimated. It took a few days, but it was completely worth it. Their receptionist is pleasant and to the point. The business seems fair and reliable. The only drawback is that this place is so popular, it seems like you have to wait anywhere from a few days to a couple of weeks to get your car looked at, especially if you haven't already diagnosed the issue.

Josh takes the time to ensure your car is diagnosed properly and necessary repairs are made to keep your car running and on the road. He offers cost effective solutions and stands behind repairs he makes. This is without a doubt one of the most honest automotive repair shops out there and we are fortunate to have him here in Gig Harbor, thank you Josh!

I have. Had my 91 Chevy truck maintained by Grafts since I bought it new 25 years ago. It runs like a top. And that's why I have them service my Envoy since I bought it new in 2005. When you find consistant quality care. And super customer service, you stick with them. Great group, especially Josh Graff, the owner!!

The only place I trust. I had taken my car to another place previously that told me I needed 7 things done totaling about $1200. The guys at Graffs told me I only needed 2 things done, oil change and spark plugs, and did it for a great deal! They are honest and quick!

Graffs Auto is a well run small business. I needed a pre-purchase inspection performed. All I had to do was call in advance, schedule a day, and show up. They were able to get me in and out in under an hour while sharing every minor detail they found.
