Helpful. Cheery. Lots to choose from! The woman who helped me showed me the sale racks and where the new lines were. Definitely helped! She was encouraging, which I desperately needed today.
I especially appreciated the woman who checked me out. She listened, smiled, told me when the kimono sweaters should be in. But it was her welcoming words that make me a J.J.Jill fan.

It was a nice experience shopping at this store! As I entered the store, I was greeted by couple of associates and helped right away. I will definitely be back!

Stopped by the sale and picked up some green crop pants, so cute and comfy for summer! Did you know that, even though the petite department may be small, most items in the store are available in petite sizes? So if something you love isn't in the petite department, ask the sales staff if they can order it for you. Love the friendly, helpful sales ladies!

I really enjoy this J.Jill store located in Gig Harbor. It's a beautiful drive across the sound and it's easily located off the freeway. They always have a great selection to choose from, and for people like myself I can go to their easy to navigate website and buy my clothes in tall. The salespersons are friendly and always willing to help you search for whatever you need. Another huge plus is their sales!!!

Three chairs for waiting significant others. The cream color half back round seats, one located in the front and one at the opening of the changing area are more on the firm side, but good for a half hour of browsing comfort. The one at the back of the store has an ottoman stashed behind

Their clothes are perfect for me. I an 63 but like to keep a younger casual yet classy look. Their Jean's fit perfectly.

Every time I enter the store I'm always greeted with a friendly "Hello!" They always immediately let me know any sales that are happening that day. Everyone is very knowledgeable and willing to help find the perfect outfit. This has become one of my very favorite stores!

Had to return a "new" item that was way beyond the 90 day window. I was very pleased that it was accepted. Very friendly service. Purchased new jacket in the correct size.

They were very helpful, checking on-line for tall's. Great sale on clearance items today. Love their styles and comfort.
